United Kingdom | 04 September 2024Ordered some 6 x 4 prints on 12th August with expected delivery 3 - 6 days, as I needed them for 21st August thought it would be fine as I wanted to add them to a frame for a friends birthday! They finally arrived 2nd September - 3 weeks later!! Too late for my friends gift, so complete waste of money. Will not use this service again and will not be recommending it to others either! I received no notification that they would be arriving late either! Frustrating!!

The second time I ordered it took an absolute age for the photos to be delivered this is over one month now and still waiting. Very disappointing. First order fine this one terrible so my advice is do not use this service if you need the photos quickly

United Kingdom | 02 September 2024I first received my photo in the post and it had a big crease in it. I explained this to Boots photo and they sent out another, but this is also creased. The photos might have fared better if the cardboard envelope had "DO NOT BEND" on it. Instead, it has the branding of the third-party that produces the photo and little else. I have since given up and chosen to go elsewhere.

Ordered to send to family who were emigrating. Will not use again - vouchers for money off future services are of no value as I won’t be using this service again.

United Kingdom | 02 September 2024Very disapointed I ordered around 150 pictures to pick up from boots shop.Order took longer then expected but half of the pictures were extremly poor quality,All my pics were made with camera or Iphone and were in good quality.some of them were so blurry you couldn't recognize what is actually in the picture.Contacted the staff and they indicated an email I have to send my feedback and send a complain,which I did with proof of the pictures that came blurry.Had no response 3/4 months later, wrote another email and still no response.Do not recomand and def not gonna order again.The worst experience and money waste.

There has been no communication from Boots Photo about why there has been a delay in processing my order. I have had to e mail twice to be told my photo was still in process but I would be kept informed which did not happen. I received an e mail last week to say my order will be dispatched a little later and I have still not received it. So very poor service from Boots photo which I will not use again!

United Kingdom | 01 September 2024Terrible quality and long delay! Very disappointed with the quality of the photo cushions produced by Boots photo. I paid extra to get them from Boots as I thought that they would be good quality but the colour was all wrong and the cushions were very poor quality. Not only that but the prints I ordered with the cushions still haven't been delivered 2 weeks after I ordered them. They have offered a refund for the cushions but only after I arrange sending them back which I really don't see why I should as it is not my mistake. Very disappointed with Boots!
