Fantastic service. Fast and inexpensive.

Having used CEWE who do Bootsphoto's work several times with great results to save a few £ I used Bootsphoto rather than CEWE direct. And 25% of my 270 prints 7x5 size not cheap of 28 days in Botswana and Namibia were awful. Faded colours, one half ok one half completely faded. How did these miss quality control. After emailing 6 examples and waiting a few days I was told to post return all 270 prints, they did pay postage. Then wait another week for new photos to arrive, all very good quality in the end. But the lack of quality control on the first batch and proving it and waiting for a reprint for a customer who has used them regularly was annoying.

Product fine but service delivery needs a refresh. Slow coming and picking up from Boots a bit of a process.

When putting the advent calendar together on line, we were told that if we ordered it before Nov 24th, which we did, it would be ready by Dec 1st. After completing the order, the date changed to Dec 2nd and now moved further back to between Dec 4th an Dec 6th. Not good.

Good quality photographs and this time the whole process was much quicker. Gave more negative feedback last time due to their timescales. Well done for the improvement! 👏🏻

Photo order was as described and came within the timeframe set out, and was very affordable.

I uploaded all my photos, I checked all months were filled. It still told me something was wrong, but not what was wrong.

Terrible Do Not buy A4 as they are actually A5 and are tiny, customer service to rectify terrible even though your order clearly states A4 not willing to correct their mistakes and I am left with a costly product that I do not want!
