So pleased with my diary, lots of options for photo layout, frames, borders, etc. I had a few false starts, but once I got to grips with the software on my phone it was straightforward. Previously, I had purchased a personalised diary from a different company, that decided to stop offering this product. More fool them! I trawled through the alternatives online and the nearest I could find was with Boots/CEWE. A few differences, in that you couldn't have a week to a page with a photo on every page. However, I got round the problem of having too many photos to choose, by putting multiple photos on page. The paper quality seems a bit flimsy at first and a tiny corner got torn very quickly, however, it is better to write on than my previous diaries which had better quality, photographic paper , which occasionally wouldn't help the ballpen to write very smoothly. So all in all, I think I prefer this diary over previous ones. Also, pages at the back for notes, plus address/ contact section. I will be purchasing every year. Great presents to give too.

Easy ordering process online and photographs dispatched promptly. Each photograph was up to the very high quality which Boots provide The only problem is that Royal Mail are used as a so called carrier. Enough said as Royal Mail again proved themselves to be completely useless. Please change carrier and you would have a perfect service.

I ordered three photography items from a store, and when I went to collect them, I was only given two and told there were two products in one envelope... but this was not the case. One product was missing, and I did not know this until I returned home. I needed the missing product as it was a birthday present, and in the following days, I had to take two buses to return to Boots and two buses to get home again. A whole day wasted, which, as a self-employed person, is not great! When Boots did reply to my complaint, it was evident that they had not read my email at all and gave me meaningless and unhelpful advice. Eventually a manager contacted me (but only because I asked), and they said they would refund the cost of one photo, which I think is extremely poor, and I think the entire order should have been refunded given the service I have received and the fact that I spent an entire day travelling on buses at my own cost. Needless to say, six days later, I still have not received a refund—not that I am surprised. A truly disappointing service from Boots on every level.

No Boots advantage points applied, despite Boots advertising the service via their App and my Advantage Card being linked to it Also, the editing/resizing tool was poorly explained, 20% of my prints had heads cut off or missing landscape detail. I wanted white borders on my prints to enable easier framing - that option was unable to be found. Very disappointed. Felt robbed

Products did not wow me. Disappointing. The creation experience was very clunky and time consuming. Will use Tesco in future.
