Pictures were nothing like i expected. Couldn't use any of them. Waste of money

Quick delivery, excellent quality photos

The calendar was printed exactly as designed and the colour and sharpness were excellent. The software was very easy to use and the availability of A2 size was unique as far as I know. The printing quality was up to printing that size so I was delighted with the product. Delivery was far quicker than estimated and packaging excellent.

Quick, efficient and good quality

I find it very easy to order prints on line, my only gripe is that sometimes they print more than one of some of them, and occasionally, none! That said, on the whole they are pretty good.

Love the personalised calendars, loads of different formats and designs to choose from. So easy to create, really, really pleased with my calendar I’ve since created another 2 for Xmas gifts.

The quality of the prints we fantastic, I was extremely pleased with the work done by Boots. However the rigid card envelope that the prints were in was not marked "Please Do Not Bend". Thanks to some idiot who is working for the Royal Mail decided to bend the envelope damaging the print. He couldn't work out the envelope would fit in the mailbox the other way around. Please mark the envelope.

Great photos rubbish communication rubbish app and wait two weeks for photo to be delivered

The process was simple,straight forward via their website,and the prints arrived very quick,even before the due date.Good quality, very reasonable price.

Ordered a small set of photos through the app to be delivered and collected from my local Boots store. When they arrived they were of poor quality. Parts of the head were cut off which was not the case in the original photo’s that were uploaded. Extremely disappointing as the order was obviously not checked before dispatch.

Misleading delivery, times and poor customer support with the slow turnaround for print delivery, concealed from the customer during the user journey. The support does not answer the phone and the email response is tursh and negative.
