Jigsaw arrived on time and looks great!

Terrible, photos never arrived! Update: I phoned the customer care team a week ago, was told I would get an email to sort this out. Nothing come through yet!

I placed my order on the 17th October and I still haven't received it.

I was very impressed by the quality of the service, which is branded as Cewe. I ordered about 200 prints and an A4 photo album. The creation software for the album took a little getting used to, but worked well in the end. All items were pin sharp.

The great is I can order online and easy to do But long time to arrive

The calendar was easy to download and easy to transfer my photos onto, the quality is great and it arrived fairly quickly

Good quality fast delivery

Easy to use, once you get into the swing of it (struggled the first time I used it). Didn't give 5 stars as, much as I like having my photos stored this way, I think it's a little expensive but will continue to use it as the quality is good. I like the fact that I can add points to my Boots card - a big plus.

To be told the item was ready to collect. Then at the shop,no we haven't got it yet. Ring up again, yes the item is definitely at the shop,maybe they have mislaid it.. Return to shop and there it is. 3 hours wasted
