order process was fine, no issues. delivery however.... First I got told I could arrange delivery at a time convenient to me. So i arranged to stay at home for the Friday, and arranged delivery. Late afternoon on Thursday (too late to change arrangements for Friday) I got a call that actually they needed a different courier, so the delivery would be the week after. ok. I got a text from the courier they had the order, and would update me on delivery. Tuesday i received a email telling me delivery would be on the Thursday the same week. So I arranged to be at home. Thursday lunchtime - no sign of the courier, so I called. Apparently the courier hadn't even collected the bike yet, but would deliver later the day. 5 minutes later I got informed that the bike would be delivered sometime next week. I have heard nothing from the courier, I can't take any more days off to wait around for a courier who might or might not be arrive. My husband got his bike from a different scheme (different employer), ordered, got confirmation, a selection of days/time for delivery, and the courier was right on time. he ordered later than me, and has been using his bike for over a week now. I would be surprised if I would receive my bike this week,,,,

Good service, good idea, but the price is a huge minus. It is my second bike purchased via cycle to work scheme, and even Cycle Solutions have price match for non-cycle to work scheme, when you go through Vodafone system, there is not such option as price match and bike that I like is always £1500 cheaper elsewhere, and always quite far is very annoying. I would like to purchase via Cycle Solution and have service done in a local store, not to travel from Newbury to London or Southampton.
