Arrived quick however gears and derailleur needed full indexing.

Delivery and contact was fine, but bike wasn't great - the handlebars creak and the derailleurs have significant chain rub in all gears. It's taken me ages to tune the bike and it's still not really perfect.

While technical issues can arise with any electronic device, the frequency and severity of the problems experienced suggest a deeper underlying issue. The unreliability of the couriers used by Cycle Solutions added to my frustration. The company acknowledged this via email and phone call the courier's unreliability. Despite a polite request for token compensation and a discussion with a senior member of staff, there has been no response. This lack of customer service is disappointing, especially considering the significant amount of time and energy the customer has invested in resolving the issues with their bike. Overall, while the price of the Turbo Como 5 SL is attractive, the quality control issues and customer service experience raise serious concerns. Potential buyers should be aware of these issues before they proceed. .

Recently I decided to get on to the ride to work scheme and went with Cycle Solutions. First , the delivery was quick & convenient , although it gives you a time frame of 2 - 3 days , Sam Eckley from cycle solution did that extra mile to assist me even though I had slight issues with the delivery . Once the bicycle received , Sam kept the communication open to ensure I received all items. I actually returned the bike as I wasn't satisfied with my choice, but even though I returned the bike, Sam was amazing at making the collection and return so easy . Honestly best customer service I had in long time, prompt , reliable & problem solving . Thank you Sam & highly recommend Cycle solutions

Am waiting for a response from the repair team since Friday after the email sent earlier in the week was lost,I need my bike for work and it's costing me a fortune on transport.Its such a drawn out process without being able to speak to a human🥺

Avoid at all cost spent a lot of money on a bike which is faulty but they will not cover it under warranty. After care is terrible

Fast with the turn around for the cycle to work scheme voucher to be issued. Cycle solutions web site needs looking at, as if your using a partner store its hard to find on the home page it needs to be clearer and easier to find.

I explicitly asked whether my new bike came with a kick stand and was told over the telephone that it did. However, when it arrived, it did not have a kick stand and I had to purchase one.
