Very bad. Not received my bikes as cycle solution says my bikes is stolen by delivery company and they are still not giving me my replacement bikes and telling me to take voucher.

Incredible customer service and follow up care - I purchased a TREK Top Fuel which had a slight mark and Cycle Solutions were very apologetic and generous in correcting this situation. I also had an unfortunate incident with the pedals (which may have been faulty) and they sent a replacement pair without fuss. The service has been exceptinal - Robert maintained excellent communications and I was kept up to date of order times and delivery arrangements. I would happily recommend Cycle Solutions - the stock is excellent; the choice of brands very wide; and the after care service I have received has made me a very satisfied customer. Thank you.

The sales team rep was really helpful in choosing my gravel bike and some accessories. I ordered my bike online and was given 2-3weeks for delivery. The bike arrived in just over a week and boxed up and almost ready for riding, only had to set the handle bars and fit pedals. The seat was set to my height. I used Cycle Solutions to purchase a bike from an independent bike retailer. Whilst I thought this may be difficult, the quote system and approvals were straight forward and rapid, with full clarity of the process along the way. The biggest delay was my employer (4 days), but admin all sorted in less than a working week and bike delivered a week later.

Great selection, smooth process and excellent communication and rapid delivery. Extremely happy with the bike also!

I bought a ex demo 3k bike, and used CycletoWork Scheme. They did not charge an admin fee and delivered the bike in full working order. I could not ask for a better service. The bike was loads cheaper than anywhere else. No issues that I can see.
