Great price and communication and really fast delivery

All fine with CS but delivery with TNT is a disaster. They cant give a specific time and have an archaic process that needs review.

This is my 2nd time using Cycle Solutions to order a bike as part of Cycle to Work scheme, and my experience has been great both times. Smooth ordering process and quick delivery of fully assembled bike and accessories.

The team were very helpful, especially as I was looking for a bike not on the website. Extremely smooth process and quick delivery.

Service was very prompt. I would have given it 5 stars, but it was too prompt. Next day delivery, despite me telling them that I wouldn't be home the next day. Luckily I have a very honest neighbour, who signed for the delivery on my behalf.

Fantastic Service, after signing agreement bike arrived the next day. I asked about the free safety voucher & further free gift i was to receive. as yet i haven't heard anything.

Brakes are not working!!!

I would strongly advise you sack TNT as your courier due to my cycle box being open and damaged upon arrival. I asked the delivery driver to mark package damaged on their system as well as taking pictures of the damage. He told me he picked up my bike box already damaged at his local depot. The box was open with signs the cycle box had been dropped on to its front end. I photographed the damage incase TNT are liable if my bike is damaged. I have paid my lbs to conduct a PDI and will be collecting my new bike tomorrow (26th March, 2024) When people are investing thousands of pounds we demand our item is handled with due care and attention and with the utmost respect. My experience went from excited to enraged as soon as I saw the damage.

Process was straight forward; however, I haven't yet been notified when I'm able to come and collect the bike.

Good choice of bikes followed by fast efficient and polite communication. Great all round until handed over to TNT/FedEx for delivery who were terrible but that's another story.
