I recently purchased an item through Cycle solutions. Unfortunately the product developed a fault and had to be returned. Initially I was despondent and did not hold out much hope of a prompt turnaround and expected the item to be out of use for weeks whilst I went backwards and forwards with the supplier. However I dealt With Nathan A and can only describe the service as excellent. From the point of logging the fault to the point that the items was returned to me the response has been not only prompt but friendly and efficient. At one point I slowed up the process myself by not responding quickly at which point Nathan A contacted me to move things along. The item was sent back and returned promptly as promised by Nathan at no point was I left under any illusion that I was bottom of the list. An excellent service and turnaround with Nathan excelling.
