The ease of ordering and prompt delivery. However, I do question the price matching as I feel it isn't transparent and I offered a number of opportunities to price match which were refused, one was refused for two different reasons, which gave me the impression the pledge to price match is hollow.

Fantasitc Bike however a few issues. TNT did not attempt to deliver my bike and i had to collect from depot. Front chain guard was not securely fastened. rear gear selector is not properly set and changes gears on its own. Not enough fluid in front hydric brake.

I would strongly advise against using this company. While their intentions may be good, they lack the expertise to resolve even basic issues and provide products that are not fit for purpose. I will be returning my bike in the next few weeks for a full refund.

Ordered a bike through the Cycle to Work scheme on the Friday. Order confirmed and okayed by my authority on the Monday, with an email to say they would be in touch shortly. They contacted me to arrange delivery the next Friday and it arrived on the following Tuesday. Could not fault their communication or speed of delivery.

Great service. Bought bike from them on my CycleToWork Scheme. Good choice and easy to order. Only negative feedback I would give is they need to improve their packaging for e-bikes, flimsy box would be okay for light, normal bike but box was barely hanging on and in tatters when it arrived
