I recently bought an eMTB through Cycle Solutions on the Cycle2Work scheme. Initial order to delivery of the bike took just 5 days including a weekend. Amazingly quick. Cycle Solutions called me to ensure I'd ordered the correct size of bike and then called again to confirm a suitable delivery date. The bike arrived well packaged AND came with a nice bag of accessories including a small toolkit which was a nice touch. Oh...and did I mention that price-wise they smashed it too, comfortably beating any competitor by nearly £800. 😁 Follow up...after 4 weeks of use I had a failure of a small (and relatively low cost) component which the manufacturer didn't consider a warrantied item. Cycle Solutions met the cost of a replacement part as a goodwill gesture. That's proper customer service. Thanks.

Keeping a story short, My Cannondale frame developed a crack and Cannondale outright refused to honour their warranty for invalid reasons. However, Cycle solutions stepped up and I now have a brand new frame and bike rebuilt courtesy of Cycle Solutions. The process was straight forward and dealt with genuine care, not robotic emails or endless phone calls. Cannot fault Cycle solutions for their service and ever grateful for keeping me on the road, cycling/ exercising is a way of life, Cycle solutions deliver a service in that way.

Ordered the bike through cycle to work, all sorted out very quickly. Good communication from Cycle Solutions bike delivered early on the day stated, all boxed up with just the handlebars to be rotated, peddles and bottle cages put on (purchased by me separately). Went out on it this weekend, did 60 miles and very pleased

Excellent web site and instructions for arranging a new bike through Cycle to work scheme, very quick approvals and delivery. I ordered an ex display model, some of the fixings needed tightening up, which was noticed during my first ride out.

I fell off my bike. I had it reviewed by a local bike company who advised it had now been built correctly.

They say free delivery but upon collecting small parcel from post office I had to pay £7 to collect. After sales poor, seemingly once you have bought goods the friendly service stops!
