Very easy to use just a shame Halfords and decathlon are no longer available to buy from

Very straight forward process, kept me up to date the whole time. 2 weeks from ordering with the cycle to work scheme, getting my approval from work and then receiving my bike. It came ready built (in a very large box) apart from turning the handle bar and adding the pedals. All tools were provided. Could not be happier!

I applied for this on Monday morning and by the afternoon I had completed my order and had the bike delivered to my door by the Wednesday. I can’t believe how quick the process was! If you work for Marshall motor group you can most likely choose a range of bikes and if cycle solutions doesn’t have the bike you fancy you can always pick a different supplier which is nice as some schemes you are restricted. But it’s been a great experience as this is my first time on a cycle to work scheme and it’s been easy to do.

The order was processed very quickly, good communications with the team at Cycle Solutions so any questions or issues were quickly resolved.

Order process was straightforward, my employer needed to be chased to confirm my eligibility. Tried a number of times to contact CS via the webchat to discuss updates/delivery schedule - sometimes essentially I just got a 'no one available/expect a long wait' message. The bike I ordered, right away on arrival, not even after a period of cable stretch etc, was not set up right, the gearing very clicky and not properly indexed. When buying a +£2,000 bike I would expect set up to be done well, if I'd bought locally I'd take it to the shop for adjustment, indeed every other bike I've been able to take it in at about 6 weeks for a tune up, I thought CS might offer something like this via a locally authorised dealer etc, but no, they just deliver the box and that's the end of that.

The bicycle arrived in its big cardboard box and upon unpacking it was found to have a front wheel puncture, such a big hole it was impossible to get any air in it at all, or mend. So I chased around the shops to no avail so had to resort to Amazon for a new inner tube. All fine now. - Problem solved and forgotten, a lovely bike and a joy to ride.

I still have not received my order despite being told it would be delivered in 2 working days and it has been almost 2 weeks.

This is my second bike through Cycle Solutions, so easy to use and quick decision.

Sadly cannot give 5-stars, I have taken the bike to BALFES CYCLE for a tune up as 1st) noise from the rear plastic gear cover was not installed well and second which is the most important one is slight loose top bar, STEM has a play so now costing me an additional £65 for a tune up and cannot use the bicycle as I need 3-working days to get it done. I do not have the bike as it has been left in the shop.

Having looked at what bikes were available, I chose an e-bike as this would help with my heart condition, as I wouldn’t need to put as much effort in to cycling, From the point of ordering my new bike, the communication was great, very prompt delivery, the bike arrived 3 days later.

Cycle solutions made the whole process of getting a cycle to work bike quick and easy. The team were quick to communicate and get orders out, the bike arrived quickly and was a great deal.
