The ring was nice. But it took 10 full days to ship. I ordered in pleanty of time to give as a birthday gift and it took 15 plus days to arrive. If i had know it was shipping from turkey id have never purchased it as i would have known it would take so long.

I was nervous about this order and shouldn't have been! I had the necklace within 5 days of ordering it and was it was beautiful!! Presentation was great, it came in a lit up box when you opened it. The quality is excellent and I'm so happy I took a chance on this company.

I bought a ring through Eternate for $375. It was a simple solid gold band with an engraving. The sizing was completely wrong when it got here. I cut the string off of the ring to get a better feel for the sizing. I immediately began the return process. Being that I cut the string, they valued the return policy at $107. 10% restocking fee, $30 "shipment fee," $40 engraving removal fee. Went back and forth with customer service about the shipment fee and just received lies about the return policy that isn't fully listed online. If you're looking for a quick and cheap ring, go for it. But it's a larger company that is obviously more worried about a quick dollar before quality or customer satisfaction. Wouldn't recommend or use again.
