I wish I could give a 0 stars. Poor customer service that does not honor the quality of a product. Bought for my wedding day and by end of the evening the ring is full of scratches. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

These people are scam artists and disgusting individuals. I placed an order a month in advance for Christmas and they didn’t even bother working on it until I told them to 16 days later because 12 days after the order was placed I checked to see the delivery status and they said it’s be shipped out two days ago and when I sent another email that day about it not being shipped out they they said it wasn’t even in production. As of today, 18 days after the order was placed, they canceled without my consent and are now telling me too bad and refuse to finish my order. Their phone number doesn’t even work and nobody answers probably because this whole company is a scam. Any good reviews must be paid for or made by employees. I’m not one to write reviews but I feel that it is important to let you guys know that this company is disgusting with the most unprofessional and lazy workers you will ever come in contact with. Spend your money elsewhere.

I should have looked at these reviews before purchasing... I got my mom a birthstone ring for Mothers Day. I purchased the ring in May of 2024 and it has already snapped in half. I reached out to the company to see if they would rectify the situation. Short answer, they did not and wanted to charge me $30 shipping and $50 repair fee for a ring purchased less than 6 months ago.

Poor customer service! The site claims complimentary returns on the purchase page but that's not accurate. They charged us a percentage of the purchase price and shipping because we removed a string to accurately try it on. There was no way for us to know by removing that it would void the complimentary return. When I tried to call them, it goes to voicemail every time. We never heard back. Unless you're absolutely certain, I wouldn't buy from them.

I was looking for an understated piece that made an impact but would not be the center piece to my wedding ring! Your company had that and the experience was very smooth from ordering to delivery! Love the ring!

We had priced out the same styles at big national jeweler stores and the price doesn’t even compare. We got the exact same rings from Eternate for less than half the price they quoted us. Awful customer service. I was looking to try Eternate and knew they looked pretty new as a business, and was looking to try a few of their products. I purchased a necklace that looked super cheap as well as their wedding band try-on kit to test a few of their rings. Their website is deceiving as the deposit is ONLY refundable with purchase, which was not super clear. The customer service representative was very short with me and rude when I felt like I was deceived by this company. The materials for the ring were super cheap, so I did not feel confident in purchasing an actual ring from them

The light in the ring box was a nice touch.

The jewels are so tiny I litterly can tell the diamond from the peridot. One can barely see them . Not exaggerating in the least. Packaging was very lovely, ring box is beautiful. Company was very prompt. The ring in the pictures looks enormous compared to what I received. I would not buy this particular ring again or recommend this ring .
