United States | 03 October 2024Would give zero stars if I could. Eternate advertises a 30-day no worry, no charge return policy on their website. However, they hide in the "Home Try On Kit" that that item does not get covered by their policy. They intentionally leave that item off of the "Non-Returnable Items" list. r/EngagementRings - WARNING Eternate Jewelry Scams Home Try on Kit Only came to find this out AFTER I tried to initiate a refund and they told me to keep the try on kit (brass rings that I don't want anything to do with). Only after prodding for when I could expect my refund did they tell me that I had to buy a ring from them first in order to get my money back. To intentionally withhold this information from the refund policy and create an item-specific policy documented elsewhere is clearly an act to deceive the consumer. Any reasonable consumer reads the refund policy for a company and would understand it to apply to any purchases from the company. Their documented return policy was the reason I felt comfortable purchasing the home kit in the first place. Had I known it was non-refundable and I’d be stuck paying $50 for rings I have no interest in owning, I never would have purchased it. Eternate is a dishonest and deceptive business that doesn't care a lick about their end user, they're just in it to make a quick buck. It’s completely and intentionally misleading to the consumer to hide an item-specific return policy in one sentence and purposefully exclude it on the refund policy. Eternate is systematically baiting people to get a home try on kit and generating revenue by omitting the non-refundable fine print about the kit from their return policy. They are coercing consumers into purchasing unwanted product by stating a misleading refund policy, a practice clearly meeting all standards defined as “Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts” by the FDIC. Be forewarned, this company is deceptive and their customer service is trash.

United States | 30 September 2024Product is beautiful, company location is in turkey so it took a while to get to me so I ended up not getting it for me and my girlfriends anniversary which sucks but it was still just as meaningful

United States | 24 September 2024DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The lack of accountability and customer service is astounding. After a few months I reached out because I noticed the prongs on my rings were sticking up and painfully poking me. I asked if they could smooth down the prongs so it wouldn’t hurt but also to secure the stones properly. If the prongs aren’t hugging the stones, what’s keeping the stone from falling out? Well Matthew from customer service said that the poking prongs were just part of the design of the ring and it was all normal and they couldn’t help me with anything. They wouldn’t provide a refund or replacement ring. Mind you, I didn’t ask for a refund or replacement ring!! I asked if I could pay to send the ring back and have them fix the prongs. Nope, absolutely no help from them. I used pictures from the websites and my ring to show how the prongs were not properly set and they still said it was normal and correct. Well well well, a few months later guess what? A stone fell off my ring. And when I reached out just to show them that I knew this would happen once again Matthew tells me they can’t provide a refund or replacement. And that it’s pass any timeline where they can help me and that this was just “normal” wear and most likely a result of my usage. I have so many different rings. So many eternity rings with a full band of diamonds. Never once lost a stone. The craftsmanship is poorly constructed here. Lifetime warranty? An absolute lie. Please save your money and buy from a proper jewelry brand that knows how to craft rings where your stones will not fall out after less than a year of usage. Please keep in mind I don’t even wear this ring everyday. I rotate all of my rings. This place truly sucks and isn’t worth a penny I paid.

United States | 15 September 2024I purchased a 14k anniversary band from them in May, it was delivered in June, and I have taken meticulous care of it since. It is so faded and discolored I am embarrassed to wear it. Next to my 14k engagement ring, it almost looks silver. I reached out for support and they claim that it is “normal” and refuse to do anything about it because it is outside of the 30 day refund/replacement policy. So much for a “lifetime warranty”. What was meant to be a special 10 year anniversary purchase has now become a waste. PLEASE please please go elsewhere.

United States | 02 September 2024Spent 30 minutes trying to untangle the knecklace that was sent. I can’t believe someone would package it with knots in it. It is very poor quality. It broke the second day of owning it. Simply by adjusting it around the kneck to sit properly.

United States | 30 August 2024Beautiful bracelet! This bracelet is stunning and my niece loved receiving it for her birthday. The box that it arrives in has a light that shines right on the gemstones - it's a very nice touch!

United States | 27 August 2024I ordered a ring. It came very quickly and was beautifully packaged. The ring itself was exactly as described. I would use this site again and highly recommend anyone considering it to do so as well.

United States | 22 August 2024Eternate claims to have a 30-day price freeze while you are selecting a ring using their home try on kit. I requested pricing for a wedding band with custom thickness (just a little thicker than their standard) and was giving a list of prices over email as I ordered the try on kit to make a final decision. A few weeks later I emailed to place my order (which took over a week to get a reply) - they're insisting the price has increase over $100 from what I was quoted and in response to seeing the original prices THEY communicated replied "unfortunately, we are unable to honor the previous price we offered you." This has all been well within the 30-day policy they promote. Lost this customer.

United States | 22 August 2024Updated review as I was refunded for my purchase in full, thank you Eternate team! --------- 14k gold bracelet broke not 1x, but 2x. They offered to fix the first bracelet after it broke after 2 weeks of wear, which was great. Then when we got the replacement, it broke again after a month of wear. I asked for a refund as I no longer trusted the quality of this piece. There is clearly some type of manufacturing defect with this piece. They told me I could not get a refund, and that I had to pay for a $50 service fee and a $30 shipment fee. This is unacceptable. I paid $300 for a bracelet that has broken twice. I should have been refunded or offered to try a different style free of charge. They tout a lifetime warranty....yet pieces break within 30 days and free repairs aren't offered? Doesn't make sense
