The product itself was great. However, the delivery was terrible. The website says 5-7 business days and It took almost 2 weeks for the product to arrive. This was supposed to be a graduation gift but now it's so late that it's almost awkward. Either be better with shipping and engraving on time or be honest about how long it will actually take for you to receive what you paid for.
