The worst ! I can’t even go into detail as my experience was just too bad.I removed a string on the ring. and they kept nearly $70. It was a gift that didn’t fit,and was so rough and scratchy. The worst I’m fighting Cancer and don’t have money like that for a broken string.This company are price gauging.

Happy with the products but they should mention on the website that the rings ship from overseas and to email for COAs/appraisals. Customer service is very responsive and the rings are of great quality. Overall, very happy with our order and would order from Eternate again.

Firstly, website very easy to navigate. Purchased mens signet ring and cuban-style bracelet in solid 14kt gold. Ring was initialized. Very fast shipping in a secure box inside another box with a very nice lighted box holding each item! Very nice touch! Excellent quality at very, very competitive prices! I will definitely be making additional purchases in the future. My only complaint is that I left several voice messages on their 800 line with no response!
