For a Canadian, it took 2 months to get claim against KLM paid, but I did not answer in time to their requests for information - so most of the time "wasted" was my fault... The processing fee of Euro 200 out of Euro 600 is a little steep, but still getting E400 back without any effort is worth it. I do recommend Euclaim as a service.

I highly recommand it . Thank you for the quality of the service and for your reactivity. But commission is 30 percent including administration charges.

United Kingdom | 18 October 2016If you've got a straight forward case, one where you can probably get the compensation by writing to the airline yourself, then they appear to do the job, for almost 30% of your compensation. For me, It's nearly 21 months and counting. Each time I enquire as to what's happening, I get the same response stating I have to wait as they are waiting for a court date, since July. I know these thing can take time but it's coming up to almost 2 yrs now which I feel is inadequate as a service. For 30% fees, I would also expect monthly updates.

Norway | 01 October 2016My flight from Toronto was delayed and I didn't make my connection in Brussel to Oslo. I waited 3hours in a line just to talk to someone for help and when it was finally my turn the second flight back to Oslo was full. I waited 10hours at the AirPort and got sent to Frankfurt and then to Oslo. I arrived 13 hours later then I was supposed to and my luggage was still in Brussel. I sent an email to Brussel airlines simultaneously with an email to EUclaim and now 2 months later EUclaimers managed to pay me 600€ (400€) to my account. Has not heard a word from Brussel airlines! Thank you Uclaimers for great service and my money back.

United Kingdom | 22 September 2016You have nothing to lose by using their services. If they'll accept to proceed with your case, it'll cost you just a couple of stamps for postage... It takes time, though... My case took around 9 months (and quite a few e-mails) to be resolved. But I got the money I was promised from the company since the airline was forced to pay. I got in touch with the airline myself twice before contacting EUclaim and they refused to pay me... I was annoyed since I knew my rights. EUclaim did the job for me though and I got back a generous amount of money that I have never expected to.

Have had few emails that airline does not replaying and that my claim has been transferred to legal department with no further communication. Avoid this company as you probably will not get your compensation. Try to deal with Airlines yourself.
