All in all from Anna in sales who I must say was really patient and helpful to fitting of new boiler it really has been hassle free!!!!! Really helpful friendly team!! Thanks again guys!! Lee

United Kingdom | 06 July 2020If it were possible I would place 'no stars or minus stars'. They have used the Coronavirus in their favour and an excuse as they were supposed to service the boiler in April 2020 which got deferred to July. I have tried to get in contact by phone to arrange this but its impossible to connect this way as nobody ever answers. I have just sent another email. All they ever say is that the boiler guarantee would be invalidated if I sent in an outside contractor. Their service before sales is top notch but after that time you are on your own!!!

Sales helped select the right boiler for me, gave me clear information and advice along the way and kept in touch at each stage of the setup. The installation went well and took less time than predicted. Really pleased with the whole process.

Highly recommend this company.

My boiler went wrong and I phoned, was promised a call back from an engineer - after 6 phone calls, still no call back from an engineer. I phoned this morning, apparently a stop had put on the account because of missed payment (now brought up to date) from 18 months ago. At no point in the 6 phone calls did anyone mention this. I have now been without hot water 3 days and it seems this company illegally witholds hot water or heat. In a pandemic they feel it is ok, to withold any boiler maintenance because they havent bothered to update their records in the last 18 months. Absolutely disgusting company, so NOT hassle free - so stressful. Avoid this company, their customer service is shocking and they withold hot water or heat from you (illegally) I will be taking this to media to expose this disgusting way of treating people especially in a pandemic where washing hands in hot water is so important - apparently Hassle Free Boilers really couldnt care less about their customers in this time or to that fact at any other time. AVOID 24 jun - this has now been partially resolved , the customer services manager was incredibly helpful and apologised for mistakes and put into action getting things sorted his actions and good customer service have moved this from a 1 to 2 star. However the vaillantengineer has stated that the boiler is leaking and this was an installer fault the boiler is fairly new and gone wrong 3 times now Iām sure after all their faults hassle free boilers will work tirelessly to fix the installer fault. 26th June - Now this issue has been resolved finally - I do feel the work that the customer service manager did by taking it upon himself to get everything sorted and acknowledging the faults of the company in its initial interaction with me have saved this from being a disaster to me actually being fairly impressed - nothing will undo how i was made to feel at the start due to their mistakes, but this has been corrected - i am happy to give a third star now

Everyone involved was very professional & the installation guys were superb & very tidy. Would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting a new boiler.

United Kingdom | 06 June 2020I was happy when they installed their boiler, £40 per month not a biggie- not expensive, but i wish i never had since after one month my credit score is affected by them. I paid everything by direct debt every month for 3 years and every month it says LATE PAYMENT. So when i took my new car on finance they gave me higher % on the car, I explained the that not- Hassle Free Boilers doing that but it didn't go trough, so I'm paying now 7% instead of just 4% on car finance, which is £2500 on top. I contacted Experian to fix that saying there is no late payments, contacted NHFB, they managed to fix it and my score was excelent all the way full, after next payment, LATE PAYMENT AGAIN, and my credit score down the drain AGAIN. Contacted experian again and they said that it's coming from "HASSLE" Free Boilers side, the I gave up on them. Besides that- boiler has been installed for 3 years and promissed yearly checks- noone even bothered to call to ask if it runs okay, nevermind the yearly servicing.

United Kingdom | 28 May 2020Our Boiler broke down so we contacted hassle free boilers for a quote. Initial sales rep was polite and promised an installation 2 days later. After agreeing a "fixed price" following the video survey we accepted the quote. After completing the finance application they lied and changed my installation date. Instead of waiting 2 days for a new boiler I had to wait 7! The day before the installation I informed the sales rep that the quote he had given me did not include some of the parts and installation equipment needed to ensure the boiler installation meets building standard regulations. He then said he needs to add a few items to the quote and I would need to pay an extra £180! Originally they guarantee there will not be any extra costs involved. After complaining Tyrone the customer service manager ensured I did not have to pay the extra cost due to there mistake. On the day of the installation my thermostat did not arrive. So after installing the boiler I had to wait 5 days before the thermostat arrived. So in total it took 2 days to install the boiler. The only thing good about my experience was Nico the installation man. I asked Tyron if my boiler is covered by the 10 year warranty and what proof do I have of this, he said it gets registered after 8 weeks but never replied to my email when I asked why it takes 8 weeks when it should be registered immediately for warranty purposes. 3 weeks on I still have not been contacted by hassle free boilers and I do not know if my boiler is covered by warranty. Do not use these guys, cowboys that will take your money!

United Kingdom | 13 May 2020With 3 young children and a broken boiler that couldnāt be repaired, I was uncertain who to turn to. I made enquires with several companies and within minutes I had a phone call from Darren who ran through a number of different options including a pay monthly finance package which suited our budget and expectation. The fixed price quote and finance was approved within a couple of hours and after sending them photos of the existing boiler, our installation was booked for 2 days later. The engineer that they sent (Kyle) was very professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised at just how quickly and efficiently he completed the installation. After tidying up, Kyle showed me how to operate the new boiler and smart thermostat before leaving at a reasonable time. The whole process was very easy and I genuinely wouldnāt hesitate in recommending these guys to anyone! Thank you Hassle Free Boilers.

United Kingdom | 06 May 2020These guys were absolute superstars. Had a booking for boiler installation in 2 days, with an initial assessment done remotely via Whatsapp video call. The installation was very professional, and once the work was completed there was another issue with my pipes that had blockage and causing issues with the boiler, called the installer and he came immediately on the next day to fix it and has been working fine ever since. In terms of finance they had a range of options and I went for 12 month with interest free. They also liaised with my boiler insurance company that were absolute mugs trying to dodge their contribution to a replacement and Hassle Free collected their money from them.

The day before the installation was due I was called to detail what would happen on the following day. The engineer arrived on time and proceeded to lay sheets around the area of the boiler before he began any work. He carried out the work in an efficient manner and on completion cleaned the area of debris and dust. He explained what he had done, what I needed to do to operate the new boiler and what the company would do ref guarantee's. Overall I could not have been happier with the way the work was carried out and must congratulate Hassle Free Boilers on a thoroughly professional approach..
