Latest update to this unbelievable, i have received a reply from customer help? First reply stating I received the order on the 4th October 2023 in two packages this was three weeks before I had made the order, and was actually an order I did receive, which I may add was excellent both in quality and delivery. My second reply from them stated there was no record of an order being made or payment being made. This is after I supplied absolute proof from PayPal they had paid the money and supplied all transfer details. I was advised to contact the PayPal as it was not paid. I had opened a case with PayPal against the company as it was obvious they had no idea how to help. Strangely yesterday evening an unannounced call from Suer ES they had a package for me. The very order they had denied I had ordered that does not exist. Delivered without any notification and no order number. Now I have a package that does not exist, or I have not ordered and if I open it and there is damage no details of. This is simply incompetence at its finest. It proves that there customer service could never have even checked the detailed information I supplied them, or how they wcen shipped a package they stated i had not ordered. It also leaves me with have to close a case with PayPal for goods they had paid for that have now suddenly arrived. On a plus point previous orders have all been excellent quality and delivered without problem. Placed an order payable with PayPal. Order accepted, confirmed and paid by PayPal, confirmation was received. No confirmation received from Songmics, no order entered into my account and no shipping details. Luckily the only prove i have is PayPal confirmed the payment was accepted, and the money was taken from my bank account account. Contacted Songmics customer help, the reply was they were extremely busy and would reply when possible. They were extremely fast to take payment from me? Yet it appears getting help for them not supplying the goods is not as important to them. Sadly for me when trust is lost in a company, there are many other companies to buy from. I have had to open a case with PayPal for them accepting payment and not confirming or as yet supplying goods.

Habe schon mehrere Sachen von Songmics gekauft, der Aufbau ist leicht und alle Löcher sind super vorgebohrt. Habe mir jetzt noch einen Schreibtisch gekauft und der ist auch einwandfrei. Alles beschriftet, von Schrauben bis zum Brett und sogar Ersatzschrauben sind dabei. Daran kann sich Ikea usw ein Beispiel nehmen.

I ordered the cabinet and it arrived a few days later in clean un damaged cardboard packaging. The assembly instructions were in English and were very clear and easy to understand. Each panel was labelled and the only confusion was two dissimilar panels with the same label. The resulting cabinet was very pleasing to the eye and easily fits in our bathroom making everything look tidier.

Horrible. Screws missing and no customer support. No help. Wasted 100+ euros and they cannot even include the screws. It seems like a 2 year old put everything in a bad because everything was wrong. How shameful. Hiring 2 year olds in a Chinese factory. Disgraceful. Never buy by Song mics or Vasagle. They are the same. Absolute shameful. My dying grandmother would have done a better job sending the right freaking things. How little they care about their customers.

“Très déçu par mon expérience avec SONGMICS HOME FR. J’ai commandé un colis qui n’a jamais été livré à la bonne adresse. Après avoir signalé le problème, ils ont refusé de me rembourser pour un article que je n’ai jamais reçu. Le service client n’est pas du tout à la hauteur et ne cherche pas de solution. Je ne recommande pas cette boutique en ligne.”

Recensisco il prodotto dopo quasi 2 anni. Premetto che il contenitore è sempre stato tenuto in cucina e mai all’esterno ed è stato lavato solo con acqua. Questa estate mi accorgo che i coperchi a causa del sole, filtrato da finestra e balcone, si sono macchiati. Mi sembra strano ma ok diciamo che può capitare anche se non dovrebbe considerando che ho pagato 150€. Contatto la ditta e chiedo di sostituire i coperchi di PLASTICA ! Ebbene spendi 150€ e non prevedono pezzi di ricambio, non ti trovano soluzioni migliori se non rimborsarti prima 10€ e,alle mie lamentele, 15€. Oppure ti propongono 60€ ma gli devi tornare il prodotto perché sostengono che lo smaltiranno loro!!!!! Ma chi ci crede? Ah dimenticavo mi propongono pure di acquistare una bombola spray e dipingerlo 😂😂. A questo punto faccio riferimento alla garanzia legale, prevede 2 anni, ma sostengono che la responsabilità è mia perché ho tenuto male il prodotto ( è come nuovo non fosse x il danno causato dalla scarsa qualità dei materiali usati per i coperchi) e poi non sapendo cosa dire aggiungono che è normale usura: 150€ nemmeno 2 anni!!!! Scarsa qualità dei materiali , scarsa assistenza , prezzo esagerato per quello che ricevi, ditta poco seria e poco professionale. SOLDI BUTTATI. Non acquistate prodotti di questa casa perché non avrete nessuna garanzia. Ti negano pure quella prevista dalla legge!!! In precedenza ho avuto prodotti simili che si sono mantenuti perfetti dopo anni sole o non sole. Conclusione: prezzi altissimi per scarsissima qualità di prodotti e di azienda! Aggiornamento del 26.11.24: mi corre l'obbligo di precisare che sono stata ricontattata dalla ditta che "fortunatamente" ha trovato i coperchi e li ha spediti tempestivamente al mio indirizzo. Che dire.... a volte le recensioni funzionano. Ad ogni modo apprezzo il fatto che hanno risolto il mio problema!!!

Ich hab eine Mülltonne für die Küche bestellt warte schon lange drauf dann bekam ich eine Mitteilung die Ware wurde zugestellt in einer anderen Stadt als ich Lebe. Anschrift wurde bei der Bestellung angegeben wie kann sowas bitte passieren??!!

Ich habe ein Regal bei der Firma bestellt. Dieses kam einmal leicht beschädigt und zusätzlich auch noch ohne Schrauben und Regalfüße an! Frechheit dass so etwas passiert! Trotzdem hat das Regal eine akzeptabel Qualität mit der ich Preis-Leistungs technisch zufrieden bin.

Caisson de bureau commandé le 22 septembre 2024, le livreur à jeter ce colis dessus mon mur extérieur de 1m60 évidemment que le meuble présente des impacts important, sans parler des tiroirs qui se chevauchent et qu'on ne peut fermer sans forcer ! Le SAV est plus que médiocre à ce jour toujours aucune réponse de leur part !

Ho ordinato e pagato 2 scaffali su Amazon ma venduti dalla ditta Songmics, risultato: scaffali mai arrivati, il corriere TNT (PESSIMO!!!!) si è dato di nebbia ed è complicatissimo contattarli, mi è arrivato persino l'avviso che il corriere non ha trovato il mio indirizzo....scusa già letta in altre decine di recensioni!!!! Morale, a distanza di giorni...nulla di nulla!!!!! Pessima esperienza!!!!!

Seit längerer Zeit bin ich schon Kundin bei SONGMICS und bin sehr zufrieden mit den dort erworbenen Artikeln, die Qualitativ sehr gut sind. Als ich diesmal einen Katzen Kratzbaum bestellte wurde das in Frage gestellt. Der Aufbau, laut Anleitung, gelang nicht . Es schienen Teile zu fehlen sowie Bohrungen in einem Brett falsch zu sein. Habe den Support angeschrieben und diese kümmerten sich zügig darum das Problem zu lösen. Einige Mails und Fotos hin und her zeigten am Ende das Problem auf. Die mitgesandte Aufbauanleitung war nur vom Umschlag bis 2 weitere Seiten für unser Modell gedacht und hatte uns in die Irre geführt. Per Mail wurde dann genau jene Übermittelt die uns präzise aufzeigte wie das Ergebnis zu erreichen war. Es fehlte null Material und keine falsche Bohrungen. Fazit: Danke dem Support für die Geduld und Tipps damit unsere Fellpfoten den Kratzbaum in Besitz nehmen konnten. Es wurde schnell geantwortet und geduldig an der Lösung gearbeitet. Einzig die Aufbauanleitung ist gruselig und gehört schnell ersetzt damit es nicht wieder zu solchen Situationen kommt. Danke Christa vom Support.

ho ordinato tramite amazon una toeletta trucco, doveva arrivarmi il 3 settembre, ma il corriere ovvero BRT ha deciso di scrivere indirizzo non trovato e hanno rimandato la consegna al 4 settembre e scrivendo anche ‘consegna prevista per oggi’ e stessa cosa ieri, ma ancora non mi è arrivato nulla. io provo a chiamare il servizio clienti BRT ma non rispondono, se avessi saputo prima che fosse con BRT la spedizione non l’avrei mai acquistata
