I had a very positive experience, my instructor was very patient and helped me iron out all the faults with my driving and I went on to pass first time.

Winston is an excellent instructor! I had lessons with a couple of other instructors but Winston’s instructions were clearer and his teaching style is patient and kind. He really helped me build confidence on the road, I would highly recommend. I can’t thank you enough for helping pas my test!

Once you have booked, impossible to get a refund even when no lessons or test are offered

PassMeFast is expensive but very useful as I am not from Edinburgh originally and it was a great way to find a good instructor and they were able to book me a test a lot quicker then I could have done. My instructor Stuart is amazing and very friendly, he has really boosted my confidence in driving.

My instructor, Anthony Norgrove, was a fantastic instructor. I was only using the instructor as a refresher, but I required one more than I realised. Tony was clear in his teachings and his demonstrations were easy to follow. The atmosphere in the car was also very easy-going and calm, just what you need when learning to drive. PassMeFast as a whole was a great service, catering to all types of drivers perfectly. A little over-priced I'd say, but with a pass guarantee, it's worth it.

Pass me fast gave me one of the best instructors they had. Jerry Chave was the best and I can’t thank him enough. Jerry was professional, patient and with many years of experience, his method of teaching was perfect for me. He took me on every route that the test centre used so that I was prepared, he had visual aids(toys as he called them😂) to help me understand different roads and manoeuvres. He was organised and made sure I did something different on every lesson. I got 4 minors on my test and I put this down to Jerry's way of passing his knowledge on to me and the memorable phrases that help whilst learning to drive. I will be ever grateful to pass me fast for putting Jerry in my path

The website claims that it can take up to 30 dates to book a test after you pass your theory test. It took 3 and a half months to book a test. This test was then cancelled, despite me both calling and emailing them asking them not to cancel it, as I was moving to a new location. After more waiting, they then booked me a new test in the same location as the previous test, just three months later. My contact with their support has been completely uncoordinated from one email to the next, and any actions agreed upon have been later ignored. I have asked for a refund, but have been refused as apparently once they've booked a test they will not allow refunds (even when they then cancel said test). No single experience with a company has left me so frustrated.

Disgraceful. Passmefast is a joke of a company. Broke their terms and conditions with us BLATENTLY through their 45 day gurantee period. Terms and conditions are completely contradictary, they take your money for simply passing your number on, ignore all your requests no matter how simple, and over charge. We have basically paid £2000 for a theory test and practical test booking as nothing else can be done, cant find an instructor to do intensive lessons or have the same availability as me (baring in mind i have 4 full days availability). Absolute scam- breaching your terms and conditions and still refusing any type of refund?! Offered £93 for a £1862 course JOKE How this company is still running I will never understand, review after review after review of so many people in similar situations, its sad.

I had a good experience with PassMeFast overall, although it’s a shame that we have to rely on cancellations to book our driving tests. That said, the company made everything very simple and easy to manage. I did have to wait a few months before finding a cancellation, but once I did, PassMeFast quickly connected me with an instructor, Michael Speller. He was fantastic—his guidance was clear, supportive, and extremely helpful, which allowed me to pass my test on the first try. I definitely recommend PassMeFast. It’s a bit pricey, but the service is solid, and I can’t recommend Michael Speller enough. A great instructor who truly made a difference

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was Very friendly and helpful and just seemed genuinely happy to help me find the right course for me and make sure everything was correct and he high hopes for me to make sure I pass my course

Be careful Passmefast do not deliver what they promise! One pays a premium for access to lessons and tests slots but this is not what one is getting...it is near impossible to speak to them on the phone and they do not respond to written queries either! Last if one cancels the test 5 working days before, they hand you to the DVSA website and will not find an early slot for you.

I enrolled my son in this driving school in July for 20 hours of lessons. Since then, he has barely completed 8 hours because the instructor repeatedly fails to show up. We filed a complaint, and the company promised to assign a new instructor as soon as possible. Fast forward to December, and they’ve booked him with the same unreliable instructor, who continues to cancel or not show up for lessons. My son’s practical driving test is on January 3rd, but he hasn’t even completed the 20 hours he paid for due to this company’s incompetence. Save your money and avoid this driving school at all costs – they are scammers.

The instructors I got were really helpful. They both helped me to get used to the test routes and what to focus on.

My son has now been waiting for a practical test for over 1 year. He started at paas me fast 2 1/2 years ago and he just got a message again that the practical test is postponed until Q1 2025!!!!!!!!! It is faster to take a degree than “PASS ME NOT” - an absolute disgrace😡😡😡

It was very well explained and made it very easy to understand and was also able to help with any questions I had.

Just to follow up review on pass me fast and this service that I am don't seem to be receiving at this moment. On my last review there was very quick to the defend themselves stating that somebody's gonna look at my case and work with me to resolve the situation. I've been met with nothing more than a wall of silence unclear explanations through messages. I don't believe this driving instructor is actually real on the basis I can't actually get old of him. apparently I've been passed on to a different department that's going to take 10 to 15 days to sort out as if it's the the instructors fault rather than just finding me some one more adequate it just seem that they're coming up with every excuse not to give me this refund the lessons have not been used they shouldn't be a problem we've just giving that money back I don't understand why they get to keep it . I signed up in June it is now December I've got a test on the eighth of January but now instructor that suitable for the job . In your opinion do you think they've passed me fast

First lesson was amazing driving instructor was a laugh and took everything I did seriously as you would expect and tell you your faults straight after and let you drive on to overcome your fault so you don’t repeat yourself amazing so far
