The company is scam. Do not use!!! I wish I’d read the reviews. How on earth they have five stars from anybody is beyond me! I had a driving instructor who was brilliant but hardly available .. on the day of my test I had a 2 hour lesson which instructors attitude completely changed. Shouted at me. Awful atmosphere and was reduced to a shaking ball of tears. He told me that I shouldn’t go for the test because I’d fail and be demoralised by the examiner. Pass me fast took the complaint and closed it in the same day. They told me that a clause states a driving instructor reserves the right to not allow the test to be taken. Yet I was test ready and his attitude was nothing like it was on the day. I felt sabotaged. Pass me first didn’t care. They have their money and that’s all they care about. The driving instructor has been in touch to refund me for a couple of hours and the test. Pass my fast had nothing to do with that. They are shocking and a scam. I am going to take this further via legal or other avenues because they are clearly a corrupt company. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM!!!!!! Hahahahahah see the response below. They say the same thing to every bad review of them. They just copy and paste. It’s actually hilarious how bad they are. Please avoid like the plague. Don’t give them anymore money

Very helpful fast service

It’s absolutely amazing how much a company can scam their customers and still be in business! I previously wrote a review about my experience with the company and I am still no further on. After going back and forth with their complaints team over the duration of 3 days (they also only reply once a day btw) I was told due to their terms and conditions I wasn’t entitled to a refund! I didn’t believe that for a second so me and my partner went through the terms and conditions and found something which applied to us meaning we were in fact entitled to one. We sent this via email, quoted the terms and conditions along with quotes from a conversation we had over the phone with the person dealing with our complaint which back up our quotes from the terms and conditions. Since my email on the 4th it’s been complete radio silence. What’s wrong pass me fast? Was I correct and now you don’t want to accept the fact you broke the terms and conditions and I’m entitled to a refund? Respond to my email and prove me wrong and that I am incorrect or send me my refund it really is that simple. If I do not hear back by the end of the week I will write a complaint on here every single day if I have to.

The "fast" part is a lie. I have friends who got tests for a lot less money much faster than I have gotten on the site. Also, my instructor was terrible to the point of deciding for me to skip my test. And she spent most of the time telling me she charges people much less who don't use Pass Me Fast. This whole experience has been terrible and not worth the high cost.

My experience with pass me fast has been very good, I struggled to find an instructor before going with them then as soon as I did they were able to find me one almost straight away. My instructor (John Earps) was encouraging and persistent with me until I passed the practical test on my third try.

Simon was a great instructor, relaxed and helpful. He helped me pass in just a month or two.

My instructor Saima was absolutely amazing made me feel so at ease and extremely confident and was so patient !

Was looking for a course wasn’t Sure and a guy named Jakarul Choudhury called me and ran me through how it works so I paid the money

My Instructor was the best i could ask for, always remained calm but still had good discipline on my driving. I was never stressed or upset in the car and was always looking forward to the next one.

My experience was really good thanks to my instructor Bisma Bhattee! So calm, organised and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have done it without her, she’s a diamond.

Arnold was great, just relaxed and let me drive so he could assess my experience. He was reassuring and said he’d get me ready for my test, but my nerves were up to me!

Brilliant experience

Munir was a fantastic instructor. I passed first time. Pass me fast was v expensive, however I managed to get my test and lessons done within 3 months. FYI I pushed back when they gave me a date too far in future!

Sells “intensive courses” When really charges you double to get an independant instructor in your local area. 3 instructors have been assigned to which all three instructors have not been given any info about me. I could have done this myself! Not only have i wasted £1200, i have wasted time chasing and chasing. The instructors themselves arent doing courses they are simply doing lessons. This service does not do what it says on the tin. I want my money back so i can buy a car. I feel such a fool.
