United Kingdom | 13 December 2024I signed up for PassMeFast’s driving test service, which promised quick booking and intensive lessons. However, after several months of delays and no instructor assigned, my test date was approaching and I still hadn’t received any lessons. When I decided to opt out, I was denied a refund despite receiving no service. Eventually, they assigned an instructor but demanded a large additional payment before providing any details. Frustrated, I chose to go with another instructor and lost my money. PassMeFast is a deceptive company that fails to deliver on its promises. I strongly advise against using their services. Consumer protection authorities should investigate these types of companies preying on new drivers seeking quick test solutions.

United Kingdom | 13 December 2024Terrible, please avoid this company especially if you’re a young person trying to get your driving license. No real care for the customer or learner, clearly a company driven by sales and money. Impossible to get a refund even if the driver they have assigned you is at fault. They’re basically just a middle man and you could do what they do probably for half the price. Definitely avoid and definitely would not recommend. I will say that some of the driving instructors are good and the staff at pass me fast are nice but the company itself is a money grabbing cesspool with no care for its customers. If you want an intensive course find an intensive course driving instructor and book it yourself! Way easier and probably a lot cheaper!

United Kingdom | 12 December 2024No chance !! This is terrible company I pay 400 first plus 1.700 plus 150 in case I don’t pass they hook it for me free again !! I had to change my test first time because they took almost 1 month to find instructor for me after they book my test, then this instructor was terrible always in his phone on Facebook etc.. then I complain they took ages to answer by the time this instructor retire, then they took so long again tu find me a new one, then this new instructor was no responsable at all don’t teach me nothing, then he text me at 23:00 pm night before my test saying he can’t go, so I couldn’t go neither change or cancel, so I lost the money. I try to complain to them but they didn’t answer so I had to complain to my credit card then they have to give me the money but only the money I pay with my credit card, but the other 550 they didn’t give me back… they neither took the responsibility for my test so because of that I’m still do it my test I lost so much money and time. They are no responsable at all

United Kingdom | 12 December 2024I used pass me fast to complete an intensive course over 7 years ago and had a great experience. When the time came for my husband to do his, I had no hesitation in booking this through them. What a mistake. Firstly, it took over 3 months for them to find an instructor for his test (who then wanted him to travel THERE- spoiler alert, he can’t drive yet?? - it was also a THREE HOUR round trip) We were then charged a £30 admin fee because THEY failed to find him a suitable instructor in time for his test. He had to re-do his theory, forced to pay the remaining £1k to speak to an apparent instructor they had found (still one we had to travel to but closer, and at this point we’re desperate). Pay the money, for the instructor to then say shes too busy with her OWN customers and doesn’t offer intensive lessons??? Do you even bother SPEAKING to the instructors before putting us in contact with them?? Is your admin fee for a non-existent person???? We contact pass me fast to say just give us a refund because we’ve not received what we paid for and this is exhausting. To be told ‘oh we need 45 days to find a new instructor and if we can’t then you can have a refund’ You have MISOLD a service to us. This is FRAUD. We expect a resolution to this by the close of business of Friday 20th December. Failure to do so will result in us contacting the consumer code and/or ombudsman (whichever you sit under) and we will raise a complaint for a full refund including the additional £30 “admin fee”. The easiest outcome is for you to refund the remaining money we have just paid. Keep the deposit- we’re sick of your terrible service.

She was able to push me to my driving potential quickly and confidently. I always felt reassured that I was achieving the right level of progress and felt motivated by her to keep going when I would become nervous. I can’t recommend Lindy enough and am thankful for her friendship through the experience!
