United Kingdom | 29 November 2024In total it cost me nearly 3 grand. I paid for 20 hours and was told my instructor will work around me and my shift pattern with work. My instructor was told I’m available 7 days a week when I aren’t. I was told my instructor will definitely work weekends again to help with my shifts at work. Once my instructor took me one we realised we wouldn’t have enough time to get my hours in before my test. Had to move my test 2 months later!!! Which then cost me another £800-£900 to carry on my lessons until my next test date once my hours was used. Poor company. Great instructor.

United Kingdom | 29 November 2024The reason I gave 3* is because they froze my account unnecessarily and threat me to pay more to unfreeze, when I was already doing deposits. They refuse to refund me minus the first theory fee; as I wanted to go elsewhere. They unfroze my account without charging. Once I paid in full did I get an instructor. But I can't fault my instructor. I passed first time.

United Kingdom | 29 November 2024Do not use this company. They took a lot of money from me for 40 hours driving lessons for my nephew. 20 lessons were done and he was put for driving test. Failed it twice! I am now taking legal action to recover the £720 for 20 lessons not taken. This is a fraudulent company. Their customer services are diabolical. Do not use them. Go with a driving instructor directly. You do not need this company. If you look at their answers to previous reviews, they give the same answers. This should tell you very much about this company.

They were quick to take our money and then we were assigned an unbelievably awful instructor (I think only the crap ones go with PMF) she mucked us around for over 2 weeks and the coup de grâce was her shouting at me down the phone that she didn’t care how many lessons my son has previously had. I hung up on her and tried to call PMF to complain. Well… that was a Sisyphean ordeal in itself. They don’t answer their phones! I was on hold for an HOUR and then the phone went dead. Tried again for 30 mins and nothing. Interesting that they answered when I pretended to be a ‘new’ customer. I really think this company is a scam! We were then assigned another awful instructor who lived 2 hrs away! He mucked us about too and would be slow to respond or wouldn’t book my son in, or claim he was booked up. Pass me really slow is more apt. Try to complain - you can’t! Awful awful experience.

United Kingdom | 28 November 2024STILL one year later and still haven't been offered a refund..... In total this company has taken £185.00 from me, without a single lesson. In my opinion it is stealing, stealing from someone who had just had a baby and was on maternity leave. I was told to put down a deposit, which i did which was a total of £150.00. Going through my transactions on my bank, another amount of £35.00 was taken from my account but i am not sure what this was for? I was never once told that this deposit wasn't refundable. My issue was, that i was told the crash course could be paid for monthly and on a plan. When i attempted to set up the plan i was told i needed to pay £600 upfront? You can obviously understand i couldn't afford that amount of money which is why i wanted a payment plan. I think it is absolutely disgusting how a company can take £185.00 from a so called "customer" and not give them a single thing back. I wouldn't mind i didn't get any lessons out of it, so that's £185.00 being added to the companies funds for free? You haven't even had to pay any instructors as the lessons were none existent? Please can someone get back to me ASAP otherwise i will have no choice but to seek legal advice, and report you Manchester News, I'm sure they would love to write a story on how you SCAM people. I have plenty of proof also. Please just give me my money back and I will delete my bad reviews... I have sent multiple emails to Sam and Paul who i originally spoke with, and it has bounced back to me as undeliverable? That spells suspicious to me...

United Kingdom | 27 November 2024The instructor Muhammad asim was fantastic! Brilliant instructor! Friendly,explained things though and had patience. Recommend him to anyone. He deserves a medal for my driving skills at roundabouts 😬 but he got me passed!!after a week of ten lessons two hours a day. Find him at zebdrivingschool. As for pass me fast my experience with them wasn’t great had to keep ringing up for an instructor for six months after being told it would be a month! That was the only downside to my experience with them.

Please avoid at all costs, they refused to give me back my deposit of £250, I paid £439 in total for fast track practical test booking, a webinar class and a deposit for driving course, this means I paid eye-watering £439 for a webinar course only, absolutely ridiculous, there’s nothing they can do for you that you can’t do for yourself was the best review I saw, unfortunately I didn’t listen, don’t be a fool listen to the reviews, they are absolutely correct!

United Kingdom | 27 November 2024I paid over £1200 for a course, I had around five lessons in total before my instructor stopped returning my texts or answering my calls. When he was instructing me he spent more time on his phone talking to other people or texting and not paying attention to what I was doing, which was a major risk to myself and others on the road. My experience with passmefast was appalling and I wish I had tried to get my money back but I was 18 and didn’t even know where to start. I am very dissatisfied with the course and my instructor. I really hope he is no longer working for the company so others don’t have to experience what I did.
