Top quality service from pass me fast and the instructor they found me Steve was superb couldnt have been any better

While my overall driving lessons experience was not as good as I hoped, this was in no way due to passmefast. I was unfortunately placed with a driving instructor, Sandra Riley, who charged me more than double for each lesson. After letting PassMeFast know, they were very reassuring ahead of my upcoming test, told me not to pay out of pocket for any more lessons as they helped me realise what was happening was unfair, showing how honest they were with me. Their customer support was and is very personal and helpful, and a testament to the company. Thank you to Siobhan specifically, who reassured me many times and gave me a resolution to everything that went wrong.

Christopher is an amazing driving instructor, and I honestly couldn’t have passed my test without his help. From the very first lesson, he made me feel comfortable and confident, even when I was nervous about getting behind the wheel. He’s incredibly patient and always took the time to explain things clearly, which really helped everything click for me. What stood out was how he tailored every lesson to focus on what I needed to improve, whether it was tricky maneuvers or building confidence in busier areas. He has a way of making you feel at ease, even when you make mistakes, and turns them into learning opportunities instead of setbacks. Thanks to Christopher’s guidance and encouragement, I went into my test feeling well-prepared and confident—and I passed! I can’t recommend him highly enough to anyone learning to drive. He’s not just a great instructor but also someone who genuinely cares about helping you succeed.

Very Late with the review side... Mahbub alam is a brilliant instructor very calm and makes you feel so relaxed we connected like best friends straight away was loads of laughter which really helps when you are going to be spending time with each other. As for the test and communication that was on point from the start never dis I feel like it was a forever waiting game coz it all happened so quick from the phone call I made to the instructor and test I can not thank pass me fast enough but an even bigger thank you to my instructor that made it all happen. Mahbub I will miss you and our laughs but I am glad I will see you on the road. It still feels like i dream tbh

Janis is really helpful and friendly and I was supported and felt comfortable. During my lessons I recieved good tips that has really helped me with my driving. Highly recommend and happy with how everything is going.

Awful WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME Paid up before school holidays then waited and waited and waited…… Nothing! Zilch! Nanda! Really unhelpful “customer service” refusing refund. SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS Additional; Have been offered £400 refund but am guessing what….. still waiting for it to actually arrive!!

I feel like I’ve been scammed I spent nearly £2000 on this course up front to then be given a driving instructor then for him to arrange lessons with me then the night before message me saying he’s not been paid by pass me fast and he’s no longer able to do the lesson I called them up for support and pass me fast told me that they was yet to pay the instructor and they said they was going to asap but I’m still yet to hear anything from anyone and I’m worried since there is no support for me the whole reason I did this pass me fast is because my theory test will run out soon and I haven’t got long left I thought I’d go with a reliable company that would get me through the process smoothly and with less stress but all it’s done is stress me out more

PassMeFast has literally just done what they said they were going to do. Booked my theory test in good time, gave resources to pass, booked my driving test in good time and paired me with a good instructor who is calm and good at explaining things (especially for a nervous driver). I had my doubts about using a surface like this as sometimes it isn't what is says on the tin but I can safely say both PassMeFast and the instructor met/exceeded my expectations.
