I haven't even had one lessons yet and already I've had my instructor say I've attended a lesson when I never then we arranged on a friday for a lesson on Sunday next thing you know his put in the portal a lesson for the same day we spoke Friday with half an hour notice they refused to give you a new instructor the instructor didn't know what day it was let alone how to teach someone how to drive I would never use them again ive now done one lessons with this instructor and he says a date for the next lesson and don't text back to confirm the date and time so now I'm chasing around an instructor for a driving course that ive already paid passmefast for so now im lost think have i got a lessons or haven't i plus the instructor has refused to use the passmefast portal to keep track of my lessons on text messages saying he will go on it when I've arrived at the lessons for what reason? How am I meant to keep track of the lessons coming up? When his not even putting them on there That doesn't help me what's the point of the app if he don't put the lesson on it until I've done them?

Beware. This company is unreliable and doesn't have the available instructors to provide the pass me fast service they advertise. Despite several phone calls, numerous emails, they simply don't provide the service. We are out of pocket, no instructor or any sign of a resolution. CHOOSE ANOTHER PROVIDER.

PassMeFast charged my son nearly £2000 for an intensive course over 7 days which did not happen. Although he did manage to do 14hrs of lessons this was spread over a longer period then he wanted, because they took so long to allocate an instructor my son felt he had no choice as PassMeFast refused to give him a refund so he could go else where. My son had 6hrs of lessons booked before his test but these got cancelled due to the instructors car breaking down. Unfortunately his test got cancelled also due to PassMeFast not acting when my son contacted them 4 days before his test. They are absolutely useless, money grabbing monsters who do not have a conscience. Please do not book through these people go through an independent instructor. I am now in the process of seeking legal advice for breach of contract and not supplying what was offered and paid for.

Although I had to wait longer than I’d like for a test I have to say I’ve passed first time all thanks to my amazing instructor who had it not been for my review may have been lower and I don’t think I’d have passed with the flying colours I did other wise so for that I’m super grateful to pass me fast and would absolutely recommend to anyone that’s not in a rush for a test

These people are scammers. I paid £250 for a driving course in Cornwall on 31 January 2024. They could not get an instructor but refused to refund my money till date. They have refused to reply emails and take my calls.

Momoh is a brilliant instructor who helped me regain my confidence after failing previous exams. His advice and general guidance helped me get to test standard and build confidence so that I had no issues with nerves or stress during the test. Could not recommend any more!

I had a great experience with Jack who signed me on quickly and also gave me great advice on how to proceed to quickest get my license and was well versed in the workings of the company. I appreciated the simplicity and honesty in the sign up process, would definitely recommend!

Don’t fall for this scam of a company! Paid a huge chunk to get lessons and test involved never got anywhere ended up having to go with another instructor and do my own test! Absolutely no contact, no help and just thieving scammers. 100% would not reccomend !

The speed in which they help you is amazing, The app is so informative all the information you need about hours left, your instructor your test dates are so clear and laid out and I felt so happy using them, they take away all the stress of the planning of it that you can concentrate on the driving and felt this was a huge help along with the Amazing instructor Jafar that I had!, Highly recommend!
