I was skeptical initially whether they were going to find an instructor in my area, but they managed to arrange everything with an amazing instructor after a couple weeks. It's definitely expensive as a service, but it works great.

Bill was a proper instructer I have never seen in my life, he was brilliant and I'm happy, that I will have a proper foundation. We practice everything into details, I'm so happy and I'm having the confident already, that I will start driving soon, and will gain quality driving skills too.

My experience with booking with pass me fast was so easy and fast , the lady sabina was so lovely and helpful she made sure she explained everything to me and what I had to do next and answered all my questions, good flexible payment plans , they have a online portal were they keep everything logged and up to date which is perfect and easy to use .Im now looking forward to starting my driving experience with you definitely recommend

PASS ME ULTRA SLOW!!!! It has taken just about 2 years to get a driving instructor to do the practical test….still waiting!!! Unbelievably ignorant service as no one bothers to reply. A phone call is needed most time to try to push for feedback and action. If anyone from PASS ME ULTRA SLOW reads this please reach out before my retirement…..i am 22!

Leaving a two star due to this i provisionally booked some refresher courses for my father, cut a long story short, he had a fall and i had to cancel which wasn’t a problem, they insured me my refund of £250 on the 6th September would be with me within 10 working days, i then phoned them up to confirm payment was going to happen on time, they then reset the date to 19th and im still waiting, not happy one bit

My experience was uwfull. The instructor exhibited an unfriendly demeanor and appeared inconvenienced by my presence. The daily three-hour lessons over six consecutive days were predominantly characterised by silence or disparaging remarks from the instructor. Positive feedback was notably absent, which adversely affected my confidence and ultimately resulted in my failure of the driving test. It is important to note that I had previously received over 30 hours of tuition and had enrolled in a 20-hour course with the expectation of being thoroughly prepared. However, this was not the case. The experience left me feeling more apprehensive and discouraged than ever before. The driving instructor was also very distracted taking calls from other students and texting constantly. Fortunately, I have since engaged the services of a different driving instructor who is effectively restoring my confidence and assuring me that my driving skills are indeed up to the required standard. I have rescheduled my driving test and, by utilising a cancellation app, i have secured an earlier test date that is in three months. Pass me fast took 5!? Do not waste your money. I have also tried to complain and pass me fast just keep sending me automated messages asking the same questions and not responding to the issues I have.

Jakarul phoned me to help me chose what option was best for me. The customer service was amazing, I was reassured of everything and any questions I had were answered efficiently. Jakarul was very helpful and made me feel confident to chose pass me fast for my crash course!

my driving instructor never turned up I'd paid in advance for lessons he never said he wasent coming just left me waiting outside for him. I had to contact him half a hour after he was supposed to turn up and he said it was a mistake he booked my lesson. I cancelled my plans for that day because I had a lesson not a good start to the course.

This company stole £1050 off me in 2020 because I was in hospital really unwell and they said because I didn't contact them for 28days as I was unconscious in hospital.they said I wasn't entitled to a refund and wanted me to pay for another one and they would give me discount nearly 3years later this still taunts me disgusting behaviour and they need shaming I cried over this for weeks I was in money problems at the time aswell horrible people

After the initial instructor i had who was a disgrace, this new instructor is a breath of fresh air.He is patience courteous and help restore my confidence. It has been a pleasure to go out with him over many months and he has helped me become a better driver. I will recommend him with confidence and pleasure.
