Very good product and service.

I used UK logs Direct for the first time to order my wood and would thoroughly recommend them. The website was easy to navigate, the wood was delivered on time and quickly, and the delivery company were very good in placing the pallet where I requested. The wood itself (oak) is excellent and I will definitely be using this company for my wood in the future.

Delivery was on time and kept well informed by the carrier. Driver was very helpful and polite. Wood was packed very well and burns nicely.

First time ordered from this company. Logs look great quality really pleased with them. There was a hitch with delivery times ( I paid for AM but received at 2.30pm after a phone call ) I was promptly refunded for that and lady on the phone was very nice. Would definitely use this company again

Wood quality is good but have two complaints: 1) the top of the stack was reduced by about 10 inches from the top of the crate, which looks like it was to enable stacking the 6 packs of kindling I also ordered on top. Had I not ordered the kindling, would I have gotten wood stacked to the top? Feel short changed by having ordered the kindling 2) The delivery company refused to move the wood an extra few feet inside my side gate, literally 5 more feet than where he placed it outside the gate. There was ample space to place the wood just inside without having to turn any corners or manoeuvre as I opened both gate doors (about 8 feet of width) so there would be no risk of damaging anything - it would have only required moving the pallet straight forward an extra 5 feet. I’d asked politely but was flatly told “no, I ain’t risking damaging anything”. Two other wood suppliers I have used always accommodated this so was surprised with the delivery man’s lack of flexibility. This means in future I will only order with log suppliers that do not use Pallet Force/Track. Till next season…

Best wood we've ever had. Whilst not the cheapest, quality is first rate and certainly fantastically dry, also very quick delivery. The way the wood is shipped means you get very little debris and made unloading from the pallets to our wood store an absolute breeze. We've a gravel drive so wasn't surprised that a pallet truck wouldn't make it further than the pavement but credit to the delivery driver as he did make an attempt.

Exactly what you expect when you order a load of kiln dried logs. We have tried other suppliers over the past 14 years, but these are the very best. Great communication all the way through from order to delivery, they arrived when they say they are going to and they are a top notch product.

Great logs-and service

Logs came in crate. Well packed and arrived on time too. alot of logs there too took an hour to stack them in shed. Bonus is the crate it all came in I am going to make either a little greenhouse out of it or a tool storage. some logs are big so will cut them with chainsaw. will be buying again. Thank you.
