Really easy ordering and excellent communication from the delivery company. All in all, a brilliant service and most importantly, great, bone-dry logs too! Highly recommended!

Ordering was excellent. Delivery came when expected. However we had a large crate of logs. The driver managed to get the crate up the kerb but couldn’t take it into the garage. I had to manually carry all logs into the garage by hand. That was a major task!

A smaller van could have driven up our drive and saved a lot of work taking a wheelbarrow up and down our drive. Your driver was very polte and excellent.

Good product have been using them for some years now. Delivery costs are high but that’s often the price you have to pay for living in remoter parts of the UK. Being able to get a delivery day and time that suits you and for it to arrive as requested is a definite plus. Will continue to us UK logs direct for as long as they stop these heat logs.

Delivery driver left logs in middle of road in roadworks on the next street as couldn't be bothered to go round the short diversion to our street and had the wrong equipment that could not move the pallet. Pressured us into assisting asking if we had a wheelbarrow we could use to go move the logs ourselves, very stressful experience and so far nothing from UK Logs or delivery company. Appears delivery company added fake signature to avoid having to deal with the issue.
