Thought I would give these a try so placed a order for a large mixed hardwood. Reasonable priced with good communication throughout and the delivered was within a couple of days. Delivery driver was great he dropped the pallet right outside my back gate. Loads in the pallet all neatly packed look good dry wood. Too early to used yet but will use again.

UK Logs Direct is an excellent company providing a range of kiln dried logs and other products of exceptional quality. I have used them for eight years, almost exclusively, and have found their advice and the quality of logs quite outstanding. Always dry, clean and beautifully packed into their palletised 850kilo crates. Delivery is always on the day promised or requested. My delivery of ash logs, five days ago, was the best yet.

Reliable company, communications are good, logs are properly dried and cut to manageable sizes. Delivery options are great (I used the PM option, costs a bit more but saves having to wait in all day). The delivery company also gave a good service. I’ve ordered from these guys a few times and never any hiccups, always great! Would recommend.

Well packaged logs and shrink wrapped covered, so they're dry even if it's raining on delivery. Fast delivery. Cannot be beaten in my view. Highly recommended

Very helpful customer service. We live in a very ancient village built long before motor vehicles let alone large lorries so access is difficult to say the least. The road is very narrow but the gentleman we spoke to at UKLogsDirect still managed to find a solution to get our logs delivered. The logs are good sizes not like some places that put in a lot of thin pieces.

Starting with a superbly informative website, I was able to make my choices of logs, kindling and firelighters with confidence. Pricing is competitive, especially if you buy early. Delivery date can be chosen which is ideal as somebody has to be home to receive the logs. Delivery on the day can be unpredictable but understandable and times are updated. Would buy again (and have done for years)
