United Kingdom | 05 March 2025I am beyond frustrated with Epos Now and their customer services and complaints dept. I’ve been charged for an app I DE-INSTALLED back in May, despite being charged continuously for it since November 24. When I reached out to their complaints team, they refused to refund the charges. Instead, they offered me 3 months free on another app. Fast forward, and this month, they've charged me for that app, despite their promise that it would be free for 3 months. I’ve emailed them multiple times, both to their customer support and complaints team, and have received ZERO response. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that takes your money immediately but refuses to resolve any issues. Their customer service is absolutely appalling, and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking for good customer support and fair treatment, do yourself a favor and avoid Epos Now.

United States | 05 March 2025I am one of their user. I made referral months ago. They promised to pay me and they never paid me. It is impossible to reach them out. I reported them to BBB and they promised. Looks like I will have to sue them for the referral that I never been gotten paid.

United Kingdom | 04 March 2025Epos is such a wonderful company. 10/10 customer service. I first of all spoke with a lovely lad called Louis, he was so helpful with top-notch banter. It was like chatting with a friend I’d known for years, can’t fault you. I had the biggest smile after talking to you. Followed on by Nathan who was equally as helpful, I did experience some difficulties on my side (being a first time business owner I was a little like a headless chicken.) Nothing was too much trouble, he offered so much support, above and beyond. Between signal issues and a couple of phone crashes/phone calls coming through, he was so patient and efficient. Made me feel at ease and again to reiterate, nothing was too much trouble. After a rigmarole of back and forth (all my side with different companies etc) I finished the day with a breath of fresh air named Emily. Again, very helpful and had me giggling and ending the call feeling refreshed with a smile on my face. I will forever be grateful for these three voices at the end of my lifeline (my phone) I’ve said it to you all, and I’ve said it again, you truly have been angels! You have exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend. Especially these three! Thank you again!
