He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my issue and went above and beyond to ensure it was resolved quickly and efficiently. What stood out the most was his patience and willingness to explain everything clearly, making the entire process stress free. His commitment to excellent service and genuine willingness to help made all the difference he is a credit to the company!

United Kingdom | 03 March 2025probably the worst company ive ever come across, the sales reps are the biggest liars to have ever walked this earth. They will promise you the world and agree to everything you ask no matter how complex or custom it is to your business, their response will be they can definitely do it. now there calls are recorded but heres the trick, youll never be promised these things on the call or ever be on the phone longer than a minute, theyll get you on to a video call where they will promise anything just to get the sale. you end up signing up as theyve just promised you everything you require. then boom it isnt what they said the software is the most generic a basic software ever made, i could code it in a day. i complained on the very first day but guess what conveniently they dont record the video calls where all the promises are made and to add salt to a dire situation, youre locked in as b2b contracts have no cooling off period and guess what, they wont tell you that either! its so funny to see the 5 star reviews and its so obvious the company has its staff bump up there stars on here, if you want to see the real reviews just take a look at the 1 stars, 90% of them are missold allegations so its not a shock not recording video calls is there tactic. its a shame because 90% of my customers use epos systems and have asked about epos now, i have told them no matter what stay very very clear of this scam of a company.

We've recently had to do a small refund and we found put to our horror they have a standard £25 charge even for a 50p refund! Always check the small print, we are now looking for a new provider!

United Kingdom | 01 March 2025We cancelled because we had too many problems with their system and it was almost impossible to get any help on the phone when needed, causing loss of business and waste of valuable time. Upon cancelling they ask us to pay for what they call “Protect Now Care Plan” for a further 18 months because in contract (even if we could never use the service). After 18 months, we still found it very difficult to get through to them and pass security and spend over an hour on the phone to cancel this plan as well. I will never recommend this company to anybody.
