AS I MENTIONED BEFORE, I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE CONSIDERING TO USE EPOS NOW TO THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THEM. I’ve been a loyal customer of EPOS Now since 2014, but my experience over the past two years has completely shattered my trust in their company. Back in 2022, I purchased a new till and was paying a license fee, despite the till being unused due to an issue with the payment gateway. After numerous calls, EPOS Now agreed to refund me over £600—which I greatly appreciated at the time. However, that refund never arrived. Six months later, I followed up, only to be ignored. After chasing them multiple times, I was eventually told they’d “Look into it again." Another four months passed, and suddenly, I was told the refund now required re-approval by two managers—despite already being approved in the first place. Just to add I am still waiting for a manager to call me back from a ticket raised on the 24th January. To make matters worse, I recently called customer support for assistance with bulk price changes and spent nearly two hours on the phone with an agent who barely spoke English and was extremely difficult to understand. After all that time, the bulk import still didn’t work, completely wasting my time and leaving me to change over 100 products manually. It’s clear that EPOS Now does not honour their commitments, nor do they value long-standing customers. Their lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is shocking for a company of their size. If you’re considering EPOS Now, I’d strongly urge you to think twice.

She knew exactly what she was doing and was very clear with instructions of what I needed to do from my end. Unfortunately, the person I had on the phone yesterday, who not only didn't know how to set up my new card reader, but didn't email me with any follow up information as promised over the phone. I will ask for Vanessa from now on! Thank you!

They have the worst cancellation policy, which they won’t mention and loot you when you wanna change from them. It’s a scam company, don’t please sign up with them. There are lot different best POS service providers than this fake guys. Don’t fall the positive reviews, they were fake to. If you observe they will be repeated reviews by same user. It’s a bot made reviews, never trust them or never trust epos guys.

United Kingdom | 24 February 2025I think I have taken the eposnow in a hurry without looking into other option. I request to any new members looking into getting epos, think before you take it. There are lot of different and good and better pricing available, the epos contract is worst, you cannot cancel it once you take it, its the worst policy I have seen, if we find any best price than them and want to cancel their subscription,the only way they will cancel it is by taking the full contract money, which is sh** i think. Please don't take epos, I am using it because I don't wanna pay money for them, just to return it. I am really waiting to end the contract with them soon.
