Spain | 28 February 2025La peor empresa para vuestro TPV. Hemos pedido la baja 20 veces del servicio y siguen pasando facturas. Nadie nos hace caso y tienen una atención al cliente nefasta. El chat por ejemplo de atención al cliente solo funciona en INGLÉS. Pensarlo dos veces porque me arrepiento enormemente. Actualizo a día 3 de marzo: Hoy nos han vuelto a pasar una factura por un servicio que NO hemos usado ya que la empresa está de baja desde enero. ¿Cómico verdad?. Pero ellos siguen intentando facturar cuando se les ha comunicado veinte veces la baja del servicio. O se soluciona esto o iré actualizando día tras día lo que va sucediendo con esta empresa.

Seen another review for someone having a same problem. Overcharging and not refunding. Shame on this company. Believe it or not still using this company for my epos as it’s great unless you have a financial problem and they just blank you. Hoping this second review will chase it up again.

A huge thank you to the team at Epos Now for all of the support, service and training that we have received since purchasing our Epos till, not only is the product amazing, the team and especially Lexell our Trainer really couldn't have been anymore patient, professional, knowledgeable and fun to train with. We have one more session booked, however I am confident I will be able to correctly navigate the system and see us have a successful launch of our bar and restaurant on Saturday. Thanks again Lexell you really are a star Trainer!

Charged me £2000 over the course of the year even though I requested cancellation within the time frame and sent back all of their equiptment due to them not being able to offer what the salesman promised. Even after a year and after the contract has finished they still wanted £120 to cancel or they will keep charging me monthly for the £200. The biggest scammers there is out there in the payment world. Never been so outraged.

United Kingdom | 27 February 2025This is the first ever bad review i've ever written. Whenever i receive bad service i just dont use the business again. But in this case it's been so terrible i feel it's essential to share my experience so other small business's dont sign up with Epos. When I opened my first shop for my business i needed to get a card machine. Epos was the first company i enquired with. I didnt speak to any other providers as the sales & training team at Epos were great. We agreed a £35 per month subscription, with a 0.79% +3pm transaction rate with all types of card (including credit cards). 3 months down the line i notice on lots of the transactions i was getting charged 1.99% transaction fees. These things happen - so i assumed it would be an easy fix, Epos would apologise & reimburse accordingly. After 20+ emails and hours wasted on the phone - they are still yet to reimburse me and will not reply to my emails. This was a very clear cut case where i had written confirmation from a sales agent about the agreed rate. Given i'm a small business and you are charging double the agreed amount - you are a disgrace. I did eventually get through to someone at Epos and they said they would offer me a year of no subscription fees (saving £30pm). They are still trying to charge me this and once again won't reply to my emails sent. I've receieved particuarly bad service from Antonio Arzuaga & Ifthakar Choudhury AVOID LIKE THE PLAGE

Australia | 27 February 2025I've been trying to get a refund for their faulty software (they apologised but did nothing) for over a year. We used one of our two Epos Now systems for less than two weeks. They're still after me for more than $800 in exit fees. The hardware has been sitting in it's original packaging for over a year. They delay and lie whenever the opportunity arises, or say they are consulting their solicitor (you can find them on LinkedIn), if you're wondering) for a resolution will never be offered. I saw in another review that they finally waived the exit fees for another user, but did not refund them, but do not give up. If you're having problems with them, call your bank and stop the payments. Ignore their threats, consumer law exists for a reason. They also reply to reviews with “oh no, let us help you”. Don’t fall for it, it’s nonsense. They sent me a request to call them, however it's from the same person who has been stonewalling me. You can look on how Epos Now uses Trustpilot and see that they flagged 28 reviews they didn't like in the last 12 months, with only 4 of them removed. I guess the truth hurts.
