A Big shoutout to Mohit Francis who went above and beyond to help me out to get the solution. He was in a different time zone and shift was also done but he was with us on call with me and remote support for above 1 hour till our every issue got solved. Recommend everyone there to give excellent customer service like him

And certain individuals in the EposNow team have made my experience with this new system easier through their great customer service. Jay (usually part of the digital team), was extremely helpful, guiding me through the daunting system and also making me feel comfortable, even when I must sound like and idiot taking about technology. And Thank you for recognising my nerdy D&D quoute. #SnakevenomBootlegging. (It's and inside joke). Previously to him Matthew. The Frodo to my Samwise Gamgee. Guided me through a complex, or what was complex for me, wiring up a new system to the router. I wouldnt have been able to do it without him. I would totally take him on journey through middle earth. And Last but least, My saviour on multiple occasions Tommy Nunn. I wouldnt have any products on my till if it wasnt for the beautiful mind of Mr Nunn. Great service and great people.

United Kingdom | 23 February 2025Wow what an amazing service received by Cameron Wyatt when I needed help with the scan and go app. I must have added about 10 other enquiries into the call lasting almost an hour. He knew everything about everything and although he thought he needed to check with another department STILL managed to fix the issues and get everything working. It's staff like this that restore the faith in previous bad experiences. Cameron needs a gold medal on this. Thank you!

United Kingdom | 22 February 2025Spoke with Lily Elvin today to find a resolution to our long standing issue with the new BT business hub. After 3 months of trying to connect our POS and card reader using the BT tech helpline, I called Epos. Lily was so patient with me. We connected the POS with an ethernet cable and set the WiFi protocols to get the card reader to work. We are now ready for business again! I can't praise Lily enough for her friendly support today. As a charity we rely on sales of crafts to stay alive so this issue has been a real concern, now, thanks to Lily we are confident we will be able to continue with the important work we do for our community. I highly recommend Eposnow to anyone considering a electronic point of sale and integrated card reader. The after care service is impeccable.
