Never give them an authority to direct debit the subscription fees. I have never used their services; they debit the subscription fees every year without my consent. Every year I have to complain but nobody responds to my email or calls. When I lodge the review on Trustpilot, immediately they respond, accept their fault, and advise that this happened as a result of a system glitch then refund the fees. Last time promised to delete the bank details and no more debit would happen but still, this year again debited the fees without my consent. Strongly advise not to give authority for direct debit and avoid such a provider.

Easy from the start. Technician understood my problem and easily solved it. If the instructions had been put in box or made them available on internet or emailed me them then it would have saved the phone call. Pleasant talking with technician and she checked my system was up to date.

I had a few questions with my epos now account and the call handler, was extremely polite , he answered my questions promptly and with the correct advice, he also gave me a few options to Consider also which I was unaware of . Great service

Won’t recommend . Waste of Money and time. At first, i thought they were goo unfortunately they’re not. You have to keep checking every transactions you made. Better to get a better POS with better deal.

We have fallen foul of the EPOS draconian fine system for failing to reach the £2000 spend limit on the EPOSNow card syatem by £12 over the Christmas period. Despite placing almost £120,000 of transactions over the year they slapped a £147 FINE for the sake of £12. The person dealing with my complaint was totally unsympathetic. Beware users read the very small print in your agreement.

Just want to thank Cameron for his help, very professional and knowledgeable with a special touch of customer service. He surely knows how to handle customer who want what they can’t get. Despite I wanted an exception on the recent changes to how the till should be closed, he was able to explain politely the reason behind the recent change. He also did help me with all I wanted to do.

When we first got the machine there was always some issues connecting it to the WiFi then the software sometimes would freeze. The company went into liquidation which I informed them by several emails and texts and they still till this day send messages by saying the payment was unsuccessful etc.
