Being that I get mixed information, overcharged, and added unexplained fees by some employees with no knowledge of their job. Zach listened, figured out the problem(s) and took the necessary steps to get it looked into to get my contract and price down to what it supposed to be in the beginning. So hopefully from here on out my customer service experience will be better for me and the epos company. Thanks Zach I appreciate everything...

Australia | 24 January 2025⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We switched to Epos Now after deciding to move away from Lightspeed, which was charging us 5% of our turnover if we didn’t use their EFTPOS machines. Epos Now offered a much better alternative, and overall, we’re very happy with the system. Initially, we experienced some issues with the screen freezing, but frequent calls to the support team helped resolved. The customer service was helpful, kind and responsive throughout the process. Even if i was getting a little frustrated Our staff loves using Epos Now as it’s incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. It has made managing our business much smoother. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and flexible POS system!
