I didn’t know how to help me and was planning to cancel my contract with the Epps now because I wasn’t happy with the service I provided with from the staff but this girl called Emily changed my mind of keeping the machine because she spent hours and hours helping me out to get my tail to the system. I needed it too and help me out with a couple more stuff like if it was a delivery item. And it’s changed my mind of keeping The system in My Shop she got some brilliant customer service skills and knows how she’s doing her job Properly
