Just had a towbar & dedicated electrics fitted to my car at home by TrailerTREK. Can’t fault this company both on price and service. The fitter was very polite & friendly very professional. Took the time after fitting to show me everything worked as lt should. The car was left in a tidy condition and all rubbish was taken away. I would highly recommended this company

Brilliant! Really pleased. Excellent service and a great all inclusive price. The owner Wayne, was very knowledgeable and very helpful with all the proper advice. Confirmed my order late PM on Tuesday and the installation took place the following morning at my office address. The technician Lee was on time, friendly and well presented. He did a cracking job of the installation and was very tidy. To be honest I can't fault this company and I doubt you'll find one that does such a good cheaper. Highly recommended

Trailertrek are an absolutely BRILLIANT company, I had a tow bar fitted to my Landrover Discovery 3, and it is amazing! I've never seen a tow bar like it! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone! They are also extremely punctual and their services are very good!!

I would just like to say how pleased I've been with the service, particularly the guy that did the fitting. He clearly took pride in his work and I feel he did everything he could to make the install lovely and tidy, particularly with the cut-out of the bumper and keeping the electrics as discreet as possible. Once the removable towbar was removed I wanted it's being there to be virtually invisible and that was achieved. Also, From an admin point of view, you have been fantastic in terms of communication, quickly booking the job and getting it done.

Never had a towbar fitted before so was shopping around. After requesting an online quote from several other local companies, didn't get a response from most however managedue to get a quite however they couldn't fit for 4 weeks. Rang trailertrek and got a quote which was significantly cheaper and they could fit within 2 days. Fitter arrived promptly, started work straight away and all complete within a couple of hours. Professional and friendly service.

After shopping around i decided on Trailertrek to fit a tow bar to my Honda CRV as they were far cheaper than my local autoparts store. The fitter was courteous and very helpful. He was particularly knowledgeable, especially with regard cycle carriers and gave me some very good advice, a credit to Trailertrek. I would recommend trailertrek to anyone without hesitation.

I chose trailertrek because they offered a mobile service. I had parking sensors fitted and after a few days they began not working properly, constantly bleeping when selected reverse or a continual tone when not moving at all. I called them and they did come out within a few days to have a look. To cut a very long story short, several visits later the problem remained and I was told by Wayne over the phone that it appears it may be a problem with my car. The car was not a year old at this point. Wayne said I would have to take it to them, miles away from my home so he could put the diagnostic machine on to see where the problem was. I said I was not prepared to do this as I had chosen their company because they offered a mobile service. I was told that the diagnostic machine was not portable. After a lengthy telephone conversation and being laughed at by the owner of the company I decided that I was not getting anywhere with this man. I independently got the vehicle checked out and there had been a fault, probably caused by the fitting of the sensors not being recognised on the cars internal computer. The machine reset the issue and all has been fine since. Wayne has not tried to contact me further and i have been left feeling very disappointed as I cannot help but think that they wanted me to take the car to them in Solihull so they could say the fault was already there, therefore causing the problem.

Used them twice to fit towbars at my home. Turned up when they said they would and friendly technician did a sterling job. Fully recommended.

I was very impressed with the service I received when having my towbar fitted at home. The fitter worked non stop for three hours until the job was completed to a high standard. I am very pleased with the detachable towbar that was used, which was fully demonstrated by him. Finally the price was the best that I could find anywhere, so I would definitely recommend Trailertrek to anyone looking for a towbar. I will definitely use them again if I change my car!
