Used Trailertrek to fit a towbar on our new Mitsubishi Shogun. Very helpful from the moment I first contacted them for a quote, very nice friendly fitter came to house to fit the towbar. It’s just the right service we required.

I rang this company, after coming across them on the Internet, for a quote to supply and fit a towbar for my Volkswagen T cross. They were the second best quote I had, but the best quote I had with the dedicated electrics, as the best quote was with universal electrics. After speaking to Mitchell and getting my quote I thanked him, but before I ended the call Mitchell told me that even if I didn’t get this company to supply and fit my towbar make sure to get the dedicated electrics so as not to invalidate the warranty on my car as universal electrics may do this. Due to the fact that I was been given this good advice and as yet have not placed an order with this company this information alone made me decide to place my order with this company because of the advice given by Mitchell showed that they cared. The fitter turned up at my address on time and did a cracking job of fitting the towbar. He was pleasant and chatty throughout and explained everything fully to me before leaving. Would I recommend using this company if you needed a towbar fitting, absolutely. Would I use this company again if I require the towbar supplied and fitted in the future, absolutely.

Trailertrek, I had never heard of them until a very old friend of mine mentioned them to me, in fact they are located in Coventry only a few yards from a place, many years ago, I used to work in. I contacted them made the necessary arrangements and on the 11th March, at the crack of sparrows an engineer arrived to fit a Tow-Trust tow-bar and electrics to our Range Rover. Despite the weather, the engineer set to work and pretty speedily, in around 90 minutes, the job was completed. The engineer explained fully the workings of the new removable swan neck unit and electrics. An absolute fantastic job well done, I have had tow-bars fitted to every vehicle I have ever owned since the sixties and this was certainly the most professional service I have received. Well done Trailertrek on Fletchamstead Highway in Coventry, and a big Thank You for such an excellent expert service.
