After having an eye watering quote for a Towbar for my Porsche Cayenne from the Official Porsche Centre I decided to give Trailer Trek a try. I'm glad I did. Not only was their price the most competive, their service and professionalism were as good as anything I have come across. A very neat job, completed on time and correctly, what more can you want. I wish all companies were as straightforward as this, the world would be a better place.

How good a company is may be measured on what happens if something doesn't go quite to plan. Our A6 Allroad was booked for a tow bar and all was well until we started off and a warning came up on the dashboard. Speaking with Trailertrek, they came back to say that the car would need re-coding but that it was quite safe to drive. Sure enough, a contractor came and did the re-coding and all is well. Throughout, we were kept informed of what was happening and it felt as if we were dealing with concerned friends, not a faceless website. Well done Trailertrek. Mark of Norwich

Just had a towbar fitted by Trailertrek to my Honda CRV. A phone call provided a good price and appointment to fit in a week. Alex ( very pleasant young man) turned up dead on time and fitted the towbar in a couple of hours, He then demonstrated all was working ok on his portable tester. All very efficient. No deposit and pay only on satisfactory completion. Great service all round and a decent price. If you need a new towbar you will do well to use Trailertrek

We have just had a Swan Neck Tow Bar and Single Electrics fitted to our Ford Focus Estate... and from the outset we received prompt and polite email responses from Wayne who replied to our initial enquiry confirming the type of tow bar that we required through to having the work completed today. Michael the fitter arrived punctually at the arranged time, he was super polite and efficient and very tidy... he suggested a time frame to fit the tow bar and electrics and he was pretty much spot on. Once completed he showed me the functioning electrics and gave me a talk through which was good to assure me that everything was as it should be. All in all a refreshing experience which would give us no hesitation at all in recommending this firm based on our own personal experience today.

I obtained several quotes for a removable tow bar for our Ford Kuga and Trailertrek were lowest price by some distance. The quoting and ordering process was easy, the fitter turned up as arranged and worked in the rain and snow to fit the unit, only requiring 2 cups of tea! I received a full demo on completion and all was left clean and tidy. I cannot fault the whole experience. Recommended.

I decided on Trailertrek because they have competitive prices, communications were great and Alex the fitter, did an excellent job. No fuss, the car was left clean and tidy and he explained fully about the fuses and detachable tow hitch before he left. I can't fault him or Trailertrek. A 5* company that I'd recommend to anybody.

Very competent company. Laura in the office sorts it all out (e.g. you need a detachable bar to avoid interference with the parking sensors on that vehicle!) and the competent and courteous fitter arrives on time and completes a good job in a few hours. Will you thank the fitter who came today for a very good job. He was friendly and courteous and obviously proud of the job he does. He also put up with me hovering about but as he knows I am proud of my cars and interested in how they work so if I caused him any delay please apologise. I would not hesitate to recommend trailer trek for any towbar fitting.

Having just purchased a new Freelander, I thought the agents price for fitting a tow bar was rather high so I looked for a better deal. Trailertrek not only gave me a good quote quickly and efficiently, but were also knowledgeable about their products and the Land Rover range. Having placed the order with them, their fitter arrived when promised and finished the job in well under two hours - very courteous and polite - and made sure that I could see that everything was working properly. Just had a Westfalia removable tow bar fitted to my Range Rover Vogue. I agreed a price and date when calling the office and today their engineer (Michael) turned up on time and well presented. He was extremely polite and helpful and took great care of my car while talking me through the work he was going to do. Once done he demonstrated how to use the tow bar and that the lights were fully working. I could not fault this company and would say that Michael was way a real credit to his employer....thanks to all from me for a job well done...5 star

To be honest, I chose TrailerTrek after I had shopped around for pricing and found they were the cheapest. Their communication, via e mail and phone was excellent, the fitter turned up my house at the time promised, fitted the tow bar in the time estimated and talked me through the operation of the tow bar. PERFECT service.

Michael phoned 10 minutes before he arrived, I had already been given a approximate time when I booked the appointment. Michael told me it would take 2 hours to fit the towbar, he was spot on. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. He demonstrated how to remove and attach the towbar and made sure before he left that I could do it as well. Grant visited my house on Friday on time ;and he fitted my new tow bar and cycle carrier with a very friendly and professional manner. What impressed me the most, however, was when I emailed Laura at Trailertrek on the Saturday with a concern I had. With no fuss at all, Laura emailed me back to say that Grant would be with me again on Monday afternoon to put my mind at rest. Grant arrived on Monday, again on time, and again was very friendly and professional. Had my tow-bar fitted today by Michael, what a star, Trailertrek (& his Mum) should be proud of him, what a pleasant & polite lovely guy. As e was running a bit late ( not his fault, somebody ran into the back of him) Laura phoned to say he would be with me as soon as possible, what other company does that?? Not many I know. When Michael arrived he made sure all the paperwork was all in order to what I wanted fitted & just got on with it. When he was finished he went through everything, explaining how it all worked. This company spent a lot of time making sure they could fit what I needed (colour coded rear sensors and detachable tow bar) and also advised on the bike rack I needed which they supplied. The whole process was very helpful and friendly. The fitter came on the agreed date and did all the fitting in a very courteous manner and really took care to do a good job. The manager Wayne has been given excellent communication throughout. This is a trustworthy, reliable, friendly and cost competitive company which I would use again and recommend to others based on the good service I have received.
