Arrived Damaged, but no problems when sending photos, new one arrived in good order

Used web chat prior to ordering which I was impressed with. I managed to speak to someone practically straight away. Due to this I placed an order last Wednesday. It was still saying processing this Monday. I used web chat again, which was the same as the last time. It was then that I was told the tap I ordered was discontinued. They cancelled the order which is really inconvenient but I’m most annoyed that they didn’t tell me prior to me asking. Also it’s still for sale on their site which is very poor, so other people will also be getting messed around. The tap is a Hudson Reed Soar Mini.

As we were installing a new kitchen we purchased the following to match our black sink: XK186-BLACK 90mm Black Strainer Waste For Astini, RAK, Rangemaster Ceramic Sink . Two days after our installation was complete the black coating on the strainer started coming off to reveal stainless underneath. Called only to be told they were aware of issues with this item and they would give a full refund. Why did they sell me it if they knew there was already issues ? I've now got to fork out more ££'s for a plumber to install a better quality item.

This company is dreadful at contacting costumers. Despite many emails through their site asking for information about delivery, I've never received a response.

Had an old leaking kitchen tap (leaking from the inside of the flexible hoses) so thought I'd best replace it as the current tap was 8 years old. Came across Taps UK when browsing for a decent quality unit after not being happy with the prices or what was on offer at B&Q locally. Saw the mixer tap we wanted at a decent price bought about 2 pm in the afteroon. The new unit was delivered next day in the afternoon, less than 24 hours since ordering. Got an emergency plumber as I had free cover on my home insurance and he fitted the tap for me. All sorted! Thanks to Taps UK - would use again in the future based on my current experience and the tap seems good quality even at the low price.

Taps arrived as ordered. Was informed that the 3-7 days quoted on the website was not true, that the items needed to be ordered in from the supplier. Three weeks later, the taps arrive after a few follow-ups with their customer service team. Have needed more taps since then, ordered from somewhere else, and would order from there before considering Taps UK again

Very pleased with the red 50lt touch bins for my kitchen. They are well made, sturdy and spacious compared to others I have seen. Taps UK were very efficient keeping you up to date with your order and the parcel arrived not long after ordering. I would recommend Taps UK as a company to deal with.
