There was an issue with availability of the sink I initially ordered, but TapsUK contacted me promptly and offered me alternative options and were very communicative, checking availability of other options with suppliers for me. There was then another supplier issue with a slight delay to delivery of the alternative sink I had ordered, but again I was kept fully up to date. Fia and Poppy in particular kept me really well informed about where my sink was and answered all my questions. I used the tap hole knocking out service and had been very pleased to find TapsUK offered this service since we were a bit apprehensive of attempting this ourselves with the risk of ending up with a cracked Belfast sink! Again, TapsUK were very communicative and made sure the tap hole was going to be placed exactly where I wanted it. When the sink arrived it was in perfect condition and the tap hole was really neatly done. I also appreciated that TapsUK offered delivery to an AB postcode (which some companies treat as being about as far away as the North Pole and refuse to even contemplate delivering to, or else charge you a couple of arms and legs for the privilege), and the delivery fee was quite reasonable considering the size and weight of the sink. All in all, despite the delay in delivery (which was not TapsUK’s fault), I was very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely use TapsUK again.

Good range of premium products at discounted prices. Some products had longer delivery times which was not notified until order already submitted so had to reorder alternatives to ensure timely receipt. Delivery was delayed and updates not forthcoming so needed to make contact to chase up.

Good product at good price. I ended up using Taps UK following a lot of research both on the kitchen tap I wanted and also reading feedback about TapsUK themselves (since I hadn't heard of them before). They are transparent about delivery dates (do note it can take several days to source some of their listed taps) and I used their "webchat" service several times before (and after) placing my order. I found the staff to be professional and pleasant, and most importantly of all, when my kitchen tap arrived it was exactly as specified and has made a fantastic addition to my kitchen. They were also the cheapest price I found online (and I looked everywhere before placing the order!) I would definitely buy from Taps UK again in the future.

AWFUL DELIVERY TIME! Don't order unless you have an extra couple of weeks to wait for the delivery. The website is LYING to say that they have "free next day delivery". If you pick a couple of products and one doesn't have it, you are stuck to waiting WEEKS!! for a delivery. I haven't checked the quality, as I ordered on Monday and only now the courier has the consignment. In case it wasn't clear, delivery is absolutely atrocious.

I purchased a copper kitchen tap in December of last year. The tap developed a patch at the front which I noticed had started changing- it was no longer brushed- the surface had started peeling away. Went back to Tapsuk. They said they couldn’t help as the tap was over 6 months old, but they would contact the manufacturer, the tap has a 10 year warranty, and as soon as they hear back they would let me know. They seem to blame chemical splashback - they said they had no problems with this tap - with the exception of taps that had suffered chemical splash back. There has been no chemical splash back. I did not hear back - called them back (after 2 weeks) firstly they told me they needed more information- then they changed this to the email had gone to the wrong email address, but now they didn’t need more information!!! I know that I am being fobbed off - the 10 year warranty means nothing, and the customer service is non existent. The instant chat doesn’t work properly either. Please avoid this company

Slight delay as out of stock but kept me informed throughout. When they received it I received it the next day. The part was good quality and fitted perfectly. Would definitely use again. Very satisfied.
