Speedy service and very good price.

Purchased a tap from Tap Uk. It came as expected but was too big. When I sent it back they denied receiving it and would not refund the purchase price £117. Would not use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Ordered what I thought was a round sink and drainer over a week before I went on holiday as my new kitchen was being fitted whilst I was away. A week later, I tried but was unable to track my delivery so I called. I was advised delivery had failed 3 times - I explained I had not received any notifications from Yodel and it turns out they had tried to deliver the package 3 times around 7pm even though it was a commercial address and Yodel state they deliver to commercial addresses up to 6pm (when we are open to). To be fair the lady I spoke to re-ordered and put it for next day delivery. I had one day to spare and was very grateful it came in time. That night, I opened the box just to check and I am so glad I did as there was only a drainer in the box - no sink. I double checked my order and realised that even though the photo is clearly of a sink & drainer and the work "sink" is in the description, when you ready is clearly it is actually only a drainer you order. So off I popped to B&Q in the middle of packing and had to buy a square sink as I had run out of time. I called today now back and asked to return the drainer. I explained to the lady that the ad is misleading and I am sure I am not the only one who would make this mistake and maybe change the web but she was very defensive and made me feel a little stupid so just thanked her and she said to expect a returns e-mail. This came referring to a form attached to complete and put in the box - no form attached so called up again and was advised the form would come on the next e-mail - still waiting. Just checked the website and this "drainer" is the first that comes up when you search for "round sink" so feel miffed that I will no doubt have to pay for the return when the "form attached finally arrives" :(

Prompt delivery and product as described. I have low hot water pressure and high cold water pressure and this basin mixer tap works very well. I had two prior failures which I had to return so thank you Taps UK.
