I had been looking for a particular designed tap for a while to replace the ones in my old bungalow.....I was fortunate enough to find Taps UK which had the same design and an improved version.......The order was acknowledged promptly and I was kept informed of a delivery date, which they met........The taps were very well boxed and looked very good quality, with a 10 year warranty........Very pleased, and glad I found you..Diolch.

The ceramic drainer I bought for the Belfast sink was not fit for purpose. The water leaked constantly onto my worktop and my floor. Customer services were not very helpful, telling me I would need to put less water on it as it isn’t designed for too much water! It’s a draining board! They asked for a video to see how much water I was putting in it, which I explained was just the water from the dishes. I asked to return but the costs to return (including extra money as I didn’t have the original packaging) were ridiculous. I ended up giving it away to charity and buying one from elsewhere which works very well with no spillage of water
