I have taken two courses Makeup, Nail Technician and Eyelash Extension. I liked it so much that I took the Professional Make Up Artist course soon after. I learn easier through demonstrational videos so found it very good and got a high pass mark. Although some written content combined would've also been good. Edward on the chat service very kindly transferred my pdf certificate to a hard copy so I can frame it and be highly proud of my accomplishment! Now I'm looking forward to doing my Eyelash Technician and Coaching, Mentoring courses. I completely recommend the Alpha Academy!

I had issues with accessing an excel course that was advertised as lifetime access on a voucher site but when I spoke to the Alpha academy's online agent Isaac Adams, I was advised that this was not the case. Isaac offered a further year's access caused by this communication mishap and I could not be happier. I am looking forward to getting my learning underway!

Wonderful to expand one's knowledge with education

A wide range of courses but sadly it took 3 month to access a course I had paid for and only after two chats with customer service. However, customer service people were polite and helpful.

Very friendly support team and the course is jam packed for what i expected. It covers so much ground, is very in depth and gives you a mock exam prior to the final exam. It doesn't just tell you what you need to know to pass, it explains all the details which really helps to learn the theory behind it all.

It is a great platform to develop your skills. One thing that i would change is to be more interactive in a sense of - on the discussion tab, no one really posts anything (or if they do, i didn't get it). one time i posted and zero replies which means no one gets it. Also there should be free PDF certificates at least.
