This workshop from Alpha Academy has been designed very well and all the aspects of PMP has been covered. I have never thought it to get it on such a discounted rate. It has helped me a lot to clear many confusions about PMP. This workshop is really good value for money. I will recommend all who are in need of knowledge about PMP should join this workshop.

Overly simplistic design with content delivered in a mundane and repetitive format. Essentially you are reading a series of webpages with a few low production quality videos added in. I found the program disappointing. The CPD certification (requires additional payment) is of little value as the 'diploma level 3' is not issued by an organisation on the register of the UK Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation register.ofqual.gov.uk Update After posting this review I was contacted by Alpha Academy and offered a free course and free PDF certificate upon completion - and the request 'Would you mind change the review from the below link'. (Note the incorrect grammar in the email I received). My original review is an accurate and frank reflection of my experience. I do not appreciate being offered an inducement to change it.

I got prompt and fast answer for my issue with credentials

This is a very comprehensive solid course for people wanting to learn more about photography.

I bought a course last year and did not realize that I had a time limit to do it. When I was ready to start the course the link had expired. I called the number on the website and a lovely, polite and professional guy attended to me He was able to extend the course for 3 months which gives me ample time to go through the course. He was very helpful and informative. When he said that I have to pay to extend the course, I told him I didn't get a time limit notifying me that I had a time limit to do start and finish the course. He was able to waive the extra fee to renew my course and I have enough time to finish it. The course content needs to be reviewed. There were some videos not available and newer techniques current to the fad now should be added.

The course content was good at a high level, but for a Diploma level it could have been more elaborate. Well designed course to study at own pace, even the quiz and videos were easy to navigate to. The help provided in terms of the course overall for example course expiry, accessing certificate has been great!

Good course that covers all of Prince2

I have already completed my level 2 Teaching assistant course but wanted move up to the next level, so I looked around and came across Alpha academy after reading the reviews I decided to purchase the course. I have been doing this for just short of 12 months which is great for me and suitable and you can choose when to complete each sections. Today I finally finished the course. I would definitely recommend using Alpha academy, so now i am looking at what course to take next.

I ordered my Spanish for beginners course at the start of lockdown thinking I would have time to complete. However was very busy during the time and had no space to do course. Looked at starting it recently and was informed access to the course had expired. Contacted Alpha to explain and they replied very promptly and allowed me to access my course. Thank you Alpha.

Good course - clear - easy to follow

this was a new experience for me, as i've never done any online courses before. it was obviously completely different to my college experience. i should add that none of these courses are equivalent to A levels. but they'll probably look good on cv's.
