I have done a number of courses with alpha academy and would definitely recommend to everybody looking to learn something new. My overall experience has been excellent, I have just completed another course which I had a query about and it was literally resolved in minutes. The Alpha Academy Team, has been very helpful and responsive to all my enquiries. The course explains all the main points of First Air quite well and in a fluent way. However, all the practise such as CPR demonstration, or how to make a sling or a bandage are not included, or showed in a video. Should the practice be needed, there should be the option to request it. At the end of each modules, during the second half, there are only a couple of questions to assess the attendee. Maybe I would add more questions to cover the different chapters of each module.

Absolutely loved this course ,with having my own children having autism and adhd I learnt a few things I didnt know ,I did this course as this is the career I will pursue once my own are at school full time .I plan on doing advanced level 4 next plus several others .it was easy to access straight forward and an absolute bargain only thing I'm left to do is order my certificate this week .
