DISGUSTED! They tell you that you need to manage your subscription renewal yourself and as we all know, a LOT can happen in a year… probably what they’re hoping. LAW states that there should be a 14 day cooling off period even for renewals AND, by law, they need to send a reminder. They do neither. Absolutely disgusted with this service and con.

I did the level 3 diploma in health and social care and I must say, the course is very rich and interesting. I gained a lot to use in my every day life as well as professional development. Thank you.

I have had issues and concerns with the certificate of TEACHING ASSISTANT LEVEL 3. Ryan was amazing he took my call in a very friendly and polite manner. He was amazing in dealing with my requests and was very patient and generous. O had an excellent experience and the credit goes to Ryan Miller. He should be awarded as the employee of the month and bonus for his politeness and kindness.

I studied British Sign Language Level 1 & 2. The course was easy to navigate how Alpha Academy had set up each unit and module. I enjoyed working through the course at my own pace. Did not have any issue with the course itself, managed to study with ease. Only issue I had were a few technical quirks, some units were not marking “done” as I completed them & occasionally have to go back to double, triple check completed.

I really enjoyed doing this course I have learnt a lot doing it.I was able to update my CV and proudly add my certificate on there. Now I am looking forward to doing the next level.

Easy to follow course and very informative. I feel the mock exam should have different questions if you do it a couple of times.

I bought the Nail Technician course and wow what a waste of time and money. There is not one video, the entire thing is basically a Powerpoint presentation. How is one supposed to learn gel/acrylic application by reading bullet points and looking at a still image? Then the final exam is a quiz? You don't even want to see me paint a nail? This is a THEORY course. Nobody is becoming a nail tech from this course. You'll learn more ability on YouTube.
